Certainly separate things, a bit more expensive than a normal home garden, also nowhere offers only if it has been too long and they want to get rid of it .. (the Christmas department had no offers, not even AFTER Christmas that others do have such as the home garden and Avri, too bad)

If Groenrijk has to be green, they first have to do something about the plants that are inside. Photo says it all. Also in the animal department whole aquarium full of fish with Stip, contagious disease for fish. That you dare to sell this.

I was in the store for a few house plants. There I saw plastic pots with a water meter in them. Together with clay granulate, this makes a perfect system for long-term beautiful house plants. So you see, just browse through the large assortment of what this store has, and you get wonderful ideas. That's why I keep coming back.

Large garden center on the outskirts of Tilburg. Not the cheapest, but many knowledgeable staff (myself do not have a green thumb) and next to green also fun gadgets to decorate your home.

Nice shop with friendly staff and good prices and promotions. The only downside to this type of shopping is a huge route to make to the cash register in the hope that you do some impulse purchases of products that actually have nothing to do with a garden center.

What a great experience we had here. Our daughter wanted a rabbit and after some research I didn't dare to go to Groenrijk. Many "pet shops" and the rabbit board advise in full on the internet not to go to things like Groenrijk. They indicate that people here have no knowledge, give bad advice and above all give wrong advice.

Well beautiful, but I wanted to take a look. Upon entering, the employee quietly showed us. A young boy who kept his distance. I love that. Did he feel we would let us know if we needed him? I don't think so, but I liked it very much.

After about 10 minutes looking at all rabbits and the super beautiful Flemish giants, we called the boy.

"Hello, we would like a rabbit, but would like to have information". The boy spoke in full about the animals.

How many people get one rabbit, because two are equal to two, and that is fine in itself, but that two rabbits is better, because that belongs to their nature. That if you take two rabbits you better avoid two males or two females, because there is a real chance that they will fight.

About the contents of the cage. The combination of hear, straw and or wood chips. Which would be better and for what reasons. For example with regard to comfort and smell. What size cage should you use in which way of rabbit use . A large cage if they are not allowed out of the cage and a little smaller if you take a run to let them run free. The food bowls, drinking bottles and toys.

We soon realized that we were talking about an animal lover, because it was clearly not about selling. It was even recommended to take another cage, because it was on offer when we wanted to get a cage.

However, we personally believe that the food offered and in particular the sweets contain too much bad choice. There are only a few candies that are not full of unnecessary junk. The seller also had some good tips for the feed. For example, how you switch to other food. Start switching to different feed on time and do this gradually and not all at once. In this way, the rabbits can get used to the new food and prevent them from eating.

The seller had also made a mistake because he thought they had already been vaccinated. They weren't, but that can happen, because if you have a heart for animals you will of course go to the vet for a full check.

In the end we were almost 200 euros further, but two rabbits richer. Two super sweet animals, who do super together in their cage and are allowed to go outside regularly. They sometimes make a racket together, but they enjoy themselves very much. Once or twice a day together on the rug, because outside it is still a bit too fresh and when spring really comes through we get a big run. We are not going to do this permanently. I wouldn't want to sit outside in the cold or later in the extreme heat, so why the rabbits would. Vaccinations are also on the schedule, but have unfortunately been postponed. Take extra care of the rabbits.

Experiences are never the same. Go for your feeling and don't be put off by negative stories from the specialists on the internet.

Large modern garden center with a nice shopping atmosphere and a small catering facility. The prices of products are quite high, but most products are of high quality. The restaurant has a wide choice, but could have had a bit more separation from the rest of the garden center.
