Horrible laundry service. They cram the washer so full that only the outer clothes get wet. I find my person's clothes in other rooms sometimes with other name tags taped over their name tag. Other clothes have completely disappeared. All of the nice hangers in my persons closet have been exchanged with crappy wire hangers.

Horrible management and lack of communication as they put my family member in harms way last night with a violent client. I heard from a worker on the floor, not the management whom I never hear from in regards to any changes. We are looking for another facility as this is not how a facility should be run, just HORIIBLE as my family is to be safe here and that is what we pay a lot of money for.

It always saddens me to hear about mistreatment of our elders & disabled. Looking for wonderful care check out Quality Living Manor, Great staff!

Wouldn t recommend this place to no one working/residence management so unorganized the mistreatment of the employees especially colored is so unprofessional even when it comes to the residence! They have some of the same nurses with bad reputations of being aggressive towards staff and residence still employed there but yet harass and fire the good workers but don t harass or fire the lazy aggressive workers! Very toxic environment!

My 93 year old mother has been living at St Anne's for 3 years now and it's become her home. The activities, the Christmas gatherings, the concerts, all the festivities, the high school volunteers, the staff are all amazing. There is very little turn over in staff. She especially loves the chapel where she can attend services every day of the week. Her one complaint may be the food, but it's cafeteria food plain and simple. Yet she wouldn't miss a meal as this is generally where she gathers to socialize. I have the satisfaction of knowing that when her money runs out, they have an endowment which will cover her costs and not interrupt her life. Thank you St Anne's

This place is the best....they have taken care of my mom just wonderfully. And now that she is enter her final journey, they are taking care of the family as well......

Please don't lut your family members here. I worked here and aome of the staff just dont give a damn about the seniors. It pissed me off so bad. Some nurses are very caring but please dont take a chance with these people. Give other places a look first. I remember a nurse who was handing out medicine who also handed out food yelled at the senior because they didn't know what they wanted. They dont treat thwm like humans here. Then thwy leave them in their room for hours alone. Some can not walk! And if they push the button the nurse complains! Ugh. Just dont out them here.

A very great place both my mom and I worked here. But after my mom's death I needed to move up north by family. Beautiful Chapel

The management has recently changed, and it is very evident. Seems to care more about the bottom line than the residents.
