I bought a slightly used truck that s very nice from Joe Yakopec and was treated extremely well. He and the sales manager were prompt and there was no wasted time. The payment I actually got was $42 cheaper than they quoted, was also impressed with the finance manager. I ve also done business with parts and service and had great experiences with them as well. A truly professional dealership top to bottom!
I had two situations within a year of each other that forced me to get a new vehicle not by choice. But the individuals at Griffiths helped me through my situations and made it so much easier for me and was there for me every step of the way. I could not of done this without them. Have two 3500 went in for service have returned 5 times and still not right. Called talked to Greg he did not like my tone of voice. Told me not to come back. No problem. This has happened more than once. Poor service and bad management!!!! Owners posted to reach out to them. I did still waiting for a call back like I said poor management . Go to a place where you don't have to go back 5 times to get service done right.

I believe that to be complete lies. You treated a good friend of mine with utter contempt. Your General Manager cursed at him over the phone. Taking 2 months to fix a vehicle is ridiculous at best. Treating a customer poorly, after their purchase, shows just what you really think about "customer service". That your Manager discussed the situation out in public in front of other customers, shows a lack of professionalism. That the owners daughter actually stands behind the General Manager cursing out a customer and discussing it publically, shows what class of people they are. Sad that a family owned company treats people this way. I believe in buying local. I like shopping at family owned businesses instead of with large corporations. I am going to be in the market for a vehicle soon and can assure you that I would not even CONSIDER looking on their lot, let alone purchasing one from them. Often, in my business, I go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. We all get frustrated. We all have a bad day. That is no excuse to treat someone poorly.

After moving to SW Missouri many years ago, Griffith Motors sold me my first new vehicle here in this state back in 1999 which was a Monte Carlo. Returning to Griffith again in 2014 while in the market I stopped in and was met by Mr Aaron Crum. Mr Crum had what I call a super personality while maintaining a professional attitude and being very helpful and understanding to my needs. Over the period of several weeks he remained in constant contact with me while I took my time deciding exactly what model I would like to have after which one day he spent an adequate amount of time with me on a particular model (GMC Acadia AWD) which had caught my eye. There is no doubt in my mind that Mr Crum is an asset to the Griffith Motors organization and I am being totally honest in the fact that he was "extremely instrumental" in making sure I was more than satisfied and closing the deal. I am so very glad that I stopped back in at Griffith Motors once again and I commend the entire staff there, along with Mr Crum for putting my family and I in a wonderful vehicle once again. If and when the need arises in the future, I know exactly where I will be doing my shopping with regards to a vehicle. Kudos to Griffith Motors of Neosho, Missouri.

Scheduled my car for service the weather was supposed to get bad so went in to see if they could work me in a little earlier and the person behind the counter was extremely rude telling me he was completely booked up until four without ever checking to see if someone had cancelled. Called George Nunnally Chevrolet they to are booked up but said they would work me in.
Should have known from the beginning when I was trying to call about a vehicle and the salesman acted like I didn't matter to him. Still, I gave them a chance and talked to a salesman and gave him my trade in information. He gave me a price and tild me he was certain I would get more if they saw it. I drove an hour and half down there only to be told the same amount. When I refused his offer, he laughed. 3 times he tried with the same number. I finally asked where my keys were. When I got up to leave, I can only assume the manager got between me and the door to "apologize" for not making our numbers meet. News flash, you guys aren't the only dealership around. What a waste of time.

*Update!!! The GM from this company just called me and told me to come get my damn vehicle and get it the hell off their property . He was so infuriated by my online review that he is now refusing to fix our vehicle! After being verbally accosted I reached out to speak with a member of management above the GM. I spoke with the owner s daughter Jenny Griffith. I must say that the abhorrent behavior by the GM pales in comparison to the conversation I had with her. She actually states in our conversation that she doesn t care about a defective vehicle that they sold! I can honestly say that I have never witnessed a more integrity deficient operation then that of the Griffith team. Their stance is that my review was a threat. Her response below which states that I didn t contact them in regards to my complaint in an outright lie. I have called every week for the past 8. My complaint and update is to show that Griffith is perfectly fine with the GM verbally accosting me with profanities and refusing to repair my vehicle. Nothing was given to us for free. We paid thousands on top of the 60k vehicle for the extended warranty service. This purchase was only one of 4 vehicles I have purchased from this dealership. My example of other deceitful business practices may have nothing to do with this particular case however it is quite relevant to anyone reading an honest review who may be searching for a reputable dealer. Griffith s is anything but reputable. Original complaint: We have had a very disappointing experience with our service experience here. Our Yukon Denali needs an instrument cluster replacement and has been sitting in their service center now for nearly 8 weeks waiting on the part from GMC. Meanwhile they ve provided us with a Chevy impala as a loaner which does not accommodate the duties required for our self employment. We have had to make 2 car payments now on a vehicle that we cannot use and we cannot operate our business effectively with the loaner they ve provided. We are confused and frustrated that Griffith added thousands of dollars to our auto loan for the extended warranty if/when we need to utilize that service it doesn t meet our needs. A Chevy Impala is not the trade/loaner equivalent to a Yukon Denali. I find it hard to believe this large of a dealership cannot come up with a reasonable equivalent. I don t particularly like using the review system to coerce a company to do right by their clients but we ve been unable to persuade management into taking any action now for several weeks. I am more then happy to remove this negative feedback if they will make this right with us.
Where do I start? I found the car on CarGurus and initiated contact with them to get more information and pictures. Joe Yakopec responded immediately, answered my many questions and stayed late so I could look at the car. He stayed until my purchase was complete and made sure I was happy. He even called twice since then to be sure I had what I needed and to see if I was still happy with my purchase. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, Joe and Tim. You guys made my first real vehicle purchase flawless!

I worked with Tyler and the Service crew to narrow down why I needed to add air to my tires every two weeks since they installed my new tires. After monitoring for several weeks to make certain it was not just the change of seasons, the Service folks took the time to really dig into the problem and found that the valve stems did not seat correctly due to corrosion on the rim. The team then went the extra mile and corrected all four tires and validated the tiny air leaks were corrected!
I am not done yet. So far Collin McCracken is doing great if Mike will get out of our face. I might buy a truck if I can stop Mike from trying to double team me. Or I will go elsewhere. Andre Damrill
Extremely rude in the service department. Completely inexperienced with only one certified mechanic in the service shop. They told me one thing that was wrong with my car and ordered the wrong part just to find out that what they said all along was incorrect and was their mistake to begin with. I will never take my vehicle there again. Dissatisfied entirely with my experience with them.

Classic bait and switch. Saw a vehicle online I was interested in. Called the dealer and was told by two different people the price would be $30890. Drive an hour and a half to the dealer and they say no one ever said that and they wouldn't go lower than $37500. Very shady and dishonest business. I would NOT recommend.
Worst service ever..took car in to be fixed come out worse than when we took it in..the tech Jordan is a total ass..very rude and unprofessional. Will never do any more business with them and will make sure my family that buys new cars from there will never go there again.. Get friendly staff would be a plus cause they are nothing but rude ass picks in the service department

Brought my car to get the transmission replaced. Asked them to tune it up and check it out to see if it needed something else. Got it back and it is getting too much fuel. Dies at the stop lights. Took it back and now I don't have brakes. Sucks not to be able to trust people. I would not recommend them. This was a deal breaker for me. Was going to buy a new Colorado but they got $1100 and I wont spend another penny here.

We just moved in from out of state, and from the moment I walked in, until I paid for my servicing, the friendliness and attentiveness to my appointment time was nothing less than professional and kind. I particularly was impressed with how clean the entire waiting area was and how quiet it was so I could simply attend to some writing I needed to do. The wait time for my appointment was impressive. It is a place where I know I can have a relationship with the people who work there and will be familiar with my car over time and keep it running well for many years to come. Very impressive experience overall!
I bought a used Ford Explorer it had a couple issues with the sunroof they fixed it and did not charge me for it and even brought the car back to my house.
I went into the garage on Monday morning and there was pink liquid on the floor by the car. I called Griffith and talked to Greg and he had me raise the hood and check a level of liquid. Told me to bring it into the shop and I did. Service with a smile and a helpful knowledge of my car keeps me going back to Griffith. I have used them for a few years, maybe 18, and I trust them to take care of my car. They gave me a loaner and by Tuesday mine was ready to be picked up. Now that is good service!

Griffith took super good care of me and my 2018 equinox this past week! I wanted to get all the trim changed to black and they got it ordered and changed out super fast and it looks amazing then the next day they were able to get me in and out to get the tow package put on ! And everything looks and works amazingly! Super happy with the results!
Not ever going back to this dealer again. Had plans to buy 2 vehicles cash and one got sold before I could return and salesman didn't say I could leave a deposit.
My husband and I have bought cars at Griffith Motor Company for many, many years. We have always been treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Kent Daugherty and Evan Griffith have been very helpful, especially when guiding us through updated technologies!! We recently had our car detailed in their new detailing facility, and our car came out looking brand new. The service department has always handled any issues we have had quickly and with expertise. We enjoy doing business with a local dealership, especially when they are so helpful.
I'm giving this review two stars for two people. Joe, the friendly dealer who basically spent hours of his day trying to work with banks and credit unions that didn't want to work with us and Steve, the guy over at their used car lot down the Boulevard who ended up getting us a good deal and signing us up with an older car. I'm subtracting a star each for the following; 1) a receptionist named Becca who lied to us about our credit being approved over the phone, 2) whatever they advertise they will NOT work with you if you have no or bad credit, and 3) I got the overall vibe that they were keeping us on the line hoping we'd pull out money we didn't have instead of shooting straight with us. I would recommend the used car lot but won't be back to the main dealer.
Griffith Motors has always been very good to us. They got my Equinox in right away & offered to loan us a rental to drive while it was in the shop. We got my car back quickly & can see a very noticeable difference in the way it runs. We wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.
Jordan and Mike in the service department are the best. We bought the truck from Aaron Crum at Griffith, and no one has touched the vehicle in over four years except Griffith. I am extremely satisfied with every department--they are great.
I had the best experience when I purchased my car from Griffith Motor Company. They were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I may have had. At the time, I was purchasing a used vehicle and there were a couple of things I asked if they would mind to fix, and they did so without any hesitation. I was adamant about a DVD player for my kiddos, and they even had that installed, and it was back to me in one day. They were fantastic to work with, and I appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

I had not planned on getting a truck, but this one seemed to fit all of my needs. Took a test drive, made the deal on New Year's Day 2019 and signed the papers the next day. No pressure and no hassles; I liked that. Shaun Young was the sales representative who helped me.
