They came out to spray only for me to continue having wasps. They are STILL sending me an invoice 3 years later for a funky $99 when they did NOTHING to remedy my problem. They only sprayed outside and I had to find out years later the wasps nest.... was in the attic and they were coming out of the roof someone! I set the nest on fire myself, yet they want me to pay for some spray that maybe cost $15. Don't waste your time if you have real bugs you need to get rid of. Those wasps were so aggressive and they are still billing me. Then i call the # on the notice and the guy is like "is there anything else you like to discuss"? He's basically like F the fact they didn't fix anything. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD INFO

Never signed up for Gold Star service but because we said ya multiple times during the conversation to show we were listening they said that was a verbal agreement to it. They even sent me the conversation to listen to which says is recorded for training purposes. Glad I now have proof they are lying. At the end they say to make the contract secure and allow them to come for future services we needed to electronically sign a form and send it back. We never did. In fact we called them and told them we didn t think we would bc they didn t do all the services they promised. John in customer service hung up on me twice bc he didn t like it when I asked why they lied and said they needed that form signed first. Apparently his word means nothing but saying ya during a conversation is a verbal contract. He clearly has no idea how to work in customer service. Obviously a scam to get more money out of people. As I see they only have a 2.8 Star and similar complaints.
Used them for several years and always found the techs who came to my house to be pleasant. However, after two very negative experiences with customer service on the phone, I canceled my service. I do not understand why companies would rather retain rude customer service workers than long time customers.
Bad attitude and employees did realize I had working camera s...when I left 11 minutes later he was gone. The supervisor came out to fix the problem..they soaked my carpet and 3 weeks later my daughter skin was pealing off her feet...five days later I saw a bedbug.. buyer be Ware.. customer service representative suck
This company recently merged with Pest Arrest, a company that has received great reviews by my neighbors. When I called them I learned that they are now Griffin Pest Control. I had a coupon for a free treatment, and asked if they would still honor it. They told me that they would give me $20 off a monthly treatment. When I called, I let them know what I needed treated, they told me how much it would cost and we scheduled an appointment. I had to take off from work early to meet the appointment time, and they never showed up. When I called, I was told that they had attempted to call me to schedule an appointment but I never answered. First, they didn't. I had no missed calls or voice mails. Secondly, I had already scheduled the appointment with my initial call. I regrettably decided to reschedule the appointment. The technician who came out was nice and professional. However, I asked him not to bait anywhere that my cat could possibly get to and noticed after he left that there were definitely places my cat could easily access that he had baited. The technician didn't have me pay or leave a bill. The next day, the company called me and told me that the treatment that I had ALREADY received was actually going to cost over TWICE as much as what they told me. The price that I was given originally was for the treatment that I had received, but I was told that they had given me the wrong price. Had I known the actual cost, I would have called another company. Vanish has done great work in the past, and I regret not calling them this time. They refused to honor the price that they had given me. I know that I should have requested something in writing before I let the technician set foot in my house. I regret trusting that this is an honorable company that operates in good faith. I don't normally write reviews, but I just thought that folks should know about this before they do business with this company. I have never experienced something like this before.
SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY HAVE CAME TO OUR TOWNHOUSE HERE AT WESTBURY VILLAGE IN AUBURN HILLS, MI. I SAID NUMEROUS TIMES WHERE THE PESTS KEEP COMING FROM, WHICH IS BEHIND THE FRIDGE AND BY THE STOVE, ONE OF THEM WAS EVEN INSIDE THE STOVE STUCK INSIDE THE CLOCK PART OF THE STOVE, PLEASE TELL ME WHY THEY HAVE CAME AND SPRAYED OUR KITCHEN AND UNIT NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL NO SOLUTION TO THE ISSUE. THEN THEY INSISTED WE HAVE PANTRY BUGS AND THAT THEY COULD OF CAME FROM AN INFESTED GROCERY ITEM, WE THREW OUT EVERYTHING IN OUR PANTRY AND STILL NO SOLUTION TO THE ISSUE BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL COMING OUT. SO I FINALLY TYPED UP AN EMAIL AND STATED THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE IT HAS EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF PESTS! IN THE EMAIL I SHOWED PICTURES OF THE PESTS AND PULLED A PICTURE OF A GERMAN COCKROACH AND SAID IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT COME AND DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN SPRAYING WITH THE CORRECT CHEMICAL I AM GOING TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB AND TELL THEM WHAT TYPE OF PEST IS IN THE HOME!!!!!!!! WHICH IVE STATED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE CLUBHOUSE MANAGER THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT SPRAYING THE RIGHT CHEMICALS AND THAT THESE ARE NOT PANTRY BUGS, THEY ARE ROACHES!!!!!! THEY FINALLY CAME FOR THE 10th TIME THIS WEEK TO SPRAY WITH ROACH KILLING CHEMICALS AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THE REFRIGERATOR ENGINE IN THE BACK OF THE FRIDGE THAT WESTBURY VILLAGE PROVIDED US WITH WAS INFESTED WITH THE ROACHES!!!! THEN GRIFFIN IS BLAMING US ONCE AGAIN AND SAYING THAT WE HAD CRUBS ON THE FLOOR, WHICH WE DON T. I CALLED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND THE IGNORANT REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT SPEAK WITH ME AND WOULD NEED TO SPEAK THE THE CLUBHOUSE EMPLOYEE JUDY WHICH IS AS INCOMPETENT AS HIM AND THATS WHY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! THIS PEST SOLUTIONS COMPANY THAT HIRES EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE NO IDEA BETWEEN A COCKROACH AND A PANTRY BUG!!!

The product doesn't work. Too much money for the service. The accounting department sent me to collections for an invoice 2 years old that they claim wasn't paid. I received a call from collection service and said it wasn't paid. I tried to reconcile with Griffin because I know it was paid and can prove it. Griffin said it was too late and had already been sold to ARM Collection Services. This was used in Grand Haven, MI.
The people seem to be very nice but I truly believe they are spraying water and nothing more when they come to treat the inside and out of my apartment.
They are absolutely the worst pest control company in the industry. They make all kinds of promises until you are signed up. The customer sales reps. are horrible. They love to hang up on you if you get a little loud out of frustration. A professional rep would never do that. They do not stand behind their work. They half do everything and rarely show up. They'll come to your home after business hours. The rodent problem never got any better after 7 months. Tried to cancel service and they will still charge your credit card. They would not let me speak with a supervisor. They just don't care. I am so upset at this company. They make millions of claims about how good their products are but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Wish somebody could of warned me. I am in tears. Try Orkin or Terminix. I just didn't have the money for them but wish I would have bitten the bullet and paid. Their service is way better. I only gave them one star because you have to. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Cause if you have a problem it will never be solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
