Do not recommend as a workplace. Older long term employees have lack of ability to train new staff in detail (when it's a detailed job), overworked staff, hypocrisy regarding attire to work for specific employees. Managers /owners can speak inappropriately and do as they please. Favoritism is at an all time high here.
Contacted them about a project they're doing in the IDS Center and they never had the courtesy to even get back to me. Currently asked them about a project adjacent to our 300 unit condo building which the lights they put in don't work and again they ignore my request for any Explanation. I don't know If there arrogant , incompetent or both
