I have a big problem with a shipment that was made to me on 5th Nov at Thika,and my shipment was signed by a person named Kenyake but haven't gotten it.
Please help i have a big problem

Worst service ever I faced, sending parcel from Sarit Center and CBD Offices, providing different prices, upholded parcels for 4 days because didnt give one form to fill. Very dissaipointed and at the end receicer had pay triple price cos me was not a payer.

Horrible experience. Would never recommend it to anyone. Please use DHL.

The lady serving was very unprofessional. Poor service. Am not sure if I will use their services again.

The movement of my package was exceptional and the reliability proven. The customer service line was very helpful and professional. I would have given 5 stars but the ground staff in the office where I went in the city was not very welcoming or helpful. I got my package before the forecasted time. Otherwise excellent service. Highly recommended

Very poor services. I do not even think that company exist in Kenya

Never received my package inspite of paying duty and contacting them multiple times. Please don't use fedex kenya unleashed you want your shipment stolen. Extremely unreliable and the worst customer services team in the world !!!

Transports letters abroad. You cannot send medicine

It took more than two days to get an international package from the facility in Nairobi, mombasa road to get to me (a distance of 2 miles). The tracking facility did not work and customer service were not helpful. Please use DHL or other courier for international packages.

Sent laptop from California on the 26th of july ,arrived on on the 2nd august up to today 7th August I haven't received my package.
Worst services ever.never to use them again

I wouldn't recommend this even to my worst enemy!!!
