Grey Eagle Casino Review

Saw Pierce the Veil & Rise Against here a back in 2017. Great Show. I've also been to the buffet with family a few times & was impressed.

Staff are incredible friendly Love this hotel s style and vibe Will definitely go again whenever I go to Calgary Highly recommended to everyone

Beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff. Very helpful and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the room was spacious and extremely clean. I decided at the last minute to upgrade to a king suite and it was totally worth it! I had a separate living room and a full bathroom with a tub! Highly recommended!!!

To the hotel manager,

The Receptionist "Brittany" was not friendly and welcoming towards us. We checked in the hotel on May 01, 2021 at 3:00 pm at room 620. Sorry to say, We deal with a rude and impolite receptionist...Receptionists are the voice and image of your hotel. Guest who arrive at your front desk expect the absolute highest level of service, no matter what type of guest he/she may be - They are the kings and queens, and you are simply part of their kingdom; failing to demonstrate gratitude, poise,
and professionalism is considered offensive.

Beautiful Hotel, We like it!

So we booked this room online and then we realized that it was also the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino in Calgary, Alberta Canada! Yeah!! Well you know we had to gamble some and we had a blast. We had a nice comfortable room, but we only stayed one night. The Casino is operated by the Tsuut'Ina Nation.

This casino is probably the most spacious in the 403 (Calgary) area. It's located on reserved lands and it is opened to all members of the public who are legal. It's got a great event centre, a hotel, beautiful, well designed and spacious hallways, a buffet style restaurant that is world-class and affordable. It's got smoking areas for those who like to smoke, a sports bar and lots of screens for viewing. Alot of live events are also done here, and it's got one of the best temperature checks and sanitizers for this Covid-19 era. Gambling can be addictive so always remember to cash out early and/or cut your losses in time.

Drive in movie was amazing. Worth the money and well maintained for covid rules!

This is one of our favourite "staycation" spots. We usually book the king suite, and this past weekend stayed in the President Suite. It was very roomy, has a bar and full sized dining room table and chairs with half bath off the dining area. The drive in movie screens and concert stage can be seen from the room, set in front of beautiful views of the valley. I loved waking up to that view, very peaceful. We brought my dog with us, and he was welcomed by the staff and other guests, he is the VIP at home, and was greeted according to his high standards here lol!
The staff as always are warm, professional, and very cordial. I love coming here to get away, especially during covid, it's always so clean and we feel safe and healthy on site. The location gives you an away feeling while still in the city. The drive in was very full, and we could not hear any noise in the suite, it was still quite and nice. They've done a wonderful job changing things up for the pandemic and keeping guests entertained despite the casino and other facilities being unavailable. Thank you, Grey Eagle! You are the best!

It was a very clean and beautiful place to stay. We had a great view of the mountains from our room! There was a miscommunication and slight issue but other than that it was great!

Had a 2 night stay and the kids got to use the pool and hot tub a bunch of times. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are super friendly. They have done a great job with the Covid precautions!!! And the rate was cheaper then other hotels we look at. 5*
