I have been working at DCKAP as a learning and development executive for 2 years. Great company to work for awesome work culture. Day at work is fun and good learning. My skills advanced ten folds working in different domains. All employee benefit programs are structured and make the employee happy. The tasks assigned to me unleashed my strengths, I am always out of my comfort zone.I am getting the sufficient number of opportunities to bubble up my ideas and the degree of freedom to take decisions is spectacular.

Despite having an awesome work culture the fact that an individual gets great visibility and identity through their thriving DCKAP community and my work is recognized by the boss which motivates me to give my best in upcoming tasks/projects.

The worst interview process I ever seen in my life
I attended interviews N-Number of companies (information technology) in my career but this company doesn t know whether taking a interview for BPO voice process (or) IT technical process they Just conducting interview for time pass please guys don t go and waste your time...

Totally this company was awesome.Environment is so lovely. The way of treating interview candidates is so excellent. HR team doing a very good role here. Thank you DCKAP to interview me.

Enjoyed the interview process, though a lengthy one, it was very friendly and approachable.

Good company to work and learn, they are providing free lunch for their employees, providing free drinks for visitors and interview candidates. They are best agency to develop e-commerce websites

Worst HR Process
I had an interview with DCKAP and the interview process was good. Once you done with the interview they wont call back. we have to follow them and get to know about our interview status. Its shows worse side of yours.

Advice To HR and Technicall Team :
If the candidates aren't meet your JD don't ask them to attend interview and waste their time.Don't think we are jobless and making time for your company.

I visited DCKAP for a guest session. Great hospitality and an excellent support from the HR team. The CEO was humble and welcoming. The work ambience was lovely and their work culture was noteworthy. The company promotes work-life balance and holistic development to its employees as their Friday Speaker Sessions are an example for it.

Haters gonna hate, but this place will keep rocking, with full humbleness and respect at each level.
If you are looking to get your work done, trust my words, they will dedicate Day and Night(literally) for your satisfaction.

Talk about the CEO, or the lead architect, or the Biz Lead, everyone is very down to earth, and open to clarify all your doubts.
This company's culture is one of a kind, perfect, which is hard to find in Indian companies.
