Mr. Williams is the management officer on site. 820 Thieriot Ave. For months I have been asking the super Noel to replace tilesin the hallway due to water damage coming from the ceiling. Yesterday was the last straw. I took off from work so this can happen. It did not.Noel told the guy not to complete the job. I was heartbroken. My grandson who I take care of 3 days in a week us starting to pick up pieces if tiles. I'm done.

Giving this mgmt company 1 stars seems like too much. No water over 50 days! I can't bel this place is in business. The entire company needs to be restructured. I say fire people and hire people with exp. Maybe your reviews will. improve?
This company poorly manages the building, if at all. Their staff are rude. Mr. Williams is terrible. They don't treat residents with respect. They don't maintain the building at all. It might as well be a NYCHA facility.
Worked her for like a year. Was pretty happy here until another opportunity came up.
