Everyone who works here thinks they are above everyone else. Very rude and very stuck up. Would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself some time and alot of money and go somewhere else.

We built a home about 4 years ago and Guy s completed the wood flooring, tile and granite installs in the house. That work was great and any additional corrections were completed promptly and satisfactorily. Recently, we decided to use them to replace some granite with quartz. Unfortunately, this change proved to be challenging due to a variation of slabs. The seams were noticeable. John Landry came out to examine the problem and to offer total support until it was correct. He did just that! It took a few attempts, but we are very happy with the slabs that were installed. You would struggle to find a seam. Every worker that Guy s sent out was personable and professional. John went above and beyond to make sure completion was right. He also did his best to safely work around the pandemic. Thank you! We would highly recommend this business!

I moved into a newly renovated home that had it's floors done by Guys weeks before we purchased and we were able to knock over 10 grand off the price because the floors are so poorly done. There are several boards cut too short in our living room and there are several large gapes under the base boards on almost every seem. They also carpeted the basement which is already fraying and I get to enjoy stepping on a carpet tack almost every time I walk on the stairs without shoes on. Normally I try not to leave bad reviews unless I paid for the good or service personally but this is so bad I felt I should warn people. Don't use Guy's Flooring.

We had stone added to our two fireplaces and this team delivered! We really appreciate Guy's team work and Assad's dedication to detail in completing this project for us. Thank you all!!! 5 stars work for sure!

Bought new home from Cal Atlantic in Colorado nearly a year and a half ago and since day one have been unhappy with our prefinished hardwood floors installed by Guy's Flooring: heaving, gaping, broken boards, boards cut short (not concealed by molding.) Since moving in we've had at least 6 meetings with representatives from Guy's Floor about the issues with our hardwood floor, and to date Guy's has made 4 major repairs attempting to correct multiple issues. After witnessing an argument between Cal Atlantic and Guy's Floor about who's fault the issue was in our home, Cal Atlantic promised they would make it right, but here we are more than a year later, we are being told to accept many of the issues... We finally decided to pay a third party inspector, who wrote up our hardwood floors as "DEFECTIVE" due to numerous gaps, but Guy's continues to say the gaps in our floor are within acceptable tolerance, or not repairable. It doesn't matter what month it is Guy's claims our floors are the victim of "SEASONAL GAPING," and our only option to try and improve things would be to purchase a continually pay for the operation of a household humidifier. The staff at Guy's have been very nice, and the repair staff have been clean and curious, just wish Guy's would stand behind their work.

Fantastic! Desmond, Matt and the whole crew were amazing. Wonderful communication, so respectful and clean, and expert work installing and refinishing our hardwood floors. Highly recommended!!

These guys are great from start to finish! From demo the old tile floor to installing new hickory, the work was performed neatly and very professional. We would recommend this team to anyone. Good job Guys!

I'm definitely not one to write reviews but our experience with Guy's was enough to bring me out of my shell. I can't even begin to fully explain how pleased and amazed my wife and I are with the service and product Guy's provided us. We started the design process with an incredibly sweet, friendly (and patient:) lady named Kathy who was a wealth of knowledge. We literally both hugged her after the meeting! Next, we got a quote and call from a John and Bill not even 24 hours later scheduling our countertop, backsplash and carpet install to be performed the following week. We were expecting the wait to be a lot longer and were ridiculously amazed at the turnaround time. When install time came around, the crews showed up on time and worked their butts off! Can't remember everyone's name but please tell them thank you again and Esid? (backsplash installer) is an artist and even my other contractor said that you don't see that type of quality work around anymore. They were so friendly and seriously left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Both John and Bill even came out to check on the project progress and make sure we were happy. That definitely wasn't expected but was a very nice gesture. In the end, the project was an absolute success and our kitchen and carpets look so beautiful! The only problem is that my wife now wants to do the master bath :). I obviously highly recommend Guy's and am a customer for life. They just put in hickory floors upstairs like the ones I already had downstairs, and they look fabulous! I couldn t have been happier with their work! They came highly recommend, and I certainly see why! 5 !

If you are looking for quality work go somewhere else. We built a new house with Richmond and these guys did the flooring, tile, bathrooms and countertops. We are having issues with all of it from the flooring creaking , cracking, and popping to uneven cuts on the countertops to the grout looking like a 2 year old did it. They came and 'touched up' our bathroom but left holes in the grout, somehow got grout all over the ceiling, and broke tiles in the process but they now don't want to replace or even respond.
