Great customer service, I ordered online and my order was ready the same day, when I arrived it was waiting right by the front door.

Great staff! Tailored for the professional woodworker. Nice selection of rough cut stock and higher end tools. Docked them one star for the prices as they tend to be on the high side, but there are deals to be had. I'll definitely be back.

I have been a long time customer and cannot say enough about Wood Werks. The staff is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I own a antique restoration shop and they almost always have what I need in stock. I had an issue with a couple of the products I buy frequently (veneer, and chair cane) and both times the items were immediately replaced without question or hassle. The other day I bought a new table saw and the salesperson, Tom, worked with me for over 30 minutes before completing the sale and showed me all kinds of the special functions of the unit that I purchased. Thank you all for your great service!

Great selection of everything you need (and want) for wood working. Great wood species available for purchase as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff for everything from tools, materials, you name it. Free parking and limited Saturday hours (closed Sun).

This place is fantastic. Not only do they have cabinet hardware at a fraction of the cost of the big box stores but they are extremely helpful. Charlie was so patient with me and helped me find the exact hinges for my kitchen. Great products/prices/customer service.

This place has terrible customer service for a store that has expensive products. I have been to this store several times. Each time I walk into this store no employee has ever said a word to me (asking me if I need help finding anything, etc).

On a recent trip to this store no one spoke to me (as is the usual). I even had trouble getting checked out. The sales clerk minding the register had his back turned to me and was speaking to two individuals sitting at desks behind the counter. One of the guys at the desks saw me and got up. During the whole check-out process the guy never spoke anything to me except to ask me if I wanted to be on the mailing list (not even asking me to sign the sales receipt). After being checked out the guy turned his back to me without saying a word. Not until I was at the door (at least 20 feet away) did anyone even thank me and say "have a good day."

I can't say enough good things about Wood Werks. It's where I purchase everything related to woodworking. From lumber to machinery and just about everything in-between, they've got it all. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I've used them for around 5 years now and know everyone by name. They're not a chain and they truly care about answering all of your questions and solving your woodworking related problems. I recently built a custom cabinet shop and used Wood Werks for assistance in layout and design. I also purchased all of my machinery through them. Todd couldn't have been more helpful. It makes a difference when you go in with a question and can actually speak with someone who knows what they're talking about! Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

I have stopped in when we needed exotic lumber to complete a sale and couldn't wait for a big order from distribution. their selection is awesome and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I even got to check out all the awesome wood working equipment I had been drooling over online for the past 6 months in person. A+ heading back in tomorrow morning =D

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff... good selection of domestic hardwood and some exotics, a decent selection of finishing supplies and hardware. They do have a limited number of live edge slabs. Great selection of woodworking machinery. A fair stocked selection of hand woodworking tools in store but not great. A local distributor of Rockler products.
Generally speaking, if they don t have it, I probably don t need it.

I could spend all day writing a short novel on my experience with Brian and the crew at WW, but I won t bore you with my bad grammar and storytelling.
In short , Brian went OUT OF HIS WAY multiple times to make sure my order was correct and fit my needs.
Coming from over 2 hours away, he recognized my value of time as a small business and he made sure it wasn t wasted waiting for staff or assistance.

If I have a woodwork need and especially a Festool need , I will now ONLY shop Waw.

Everyone is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. There is a huge supply of interesting gadgets and such to make out of wood. Wide variety of machines on the floor so you can see what your getting. Nice place

Had good experiences with Wood Werks in the past. BUT I purchased a Delta Unisaw 10+ years ago and now when I have a repair need they say " tough luck, your on your own". Guess I'll be going somewhere else for all my woodworking needs in the future
