This place has terrible customer service for a store that has expensive products. I have been to this store several times. Each time I walk into this store no employee has ever said a word to me (asking me if I need help finding anything, etc).

On a recent trip to this store no one spoke to me (as is the usual). I even had trouble getting checked out. The sales clerk minding the register had his back turned to me and was speaking to two individuals sitting at desks behind the counter. One of the guys at the desks saw me and got up. During the whole check-out process the guy never spoke anything to me except to ask me if I wanted to be on the mailing list (not even asking me to sign the sales receipt). After being checked out the guy turned his back to me without saying a word. Not until I was at the door (at least 20 feet away) did anyone even thank me and say "have a good day."
