Mechanics own staff and very polite and customer oriented. No down payment with order, but payment immediately after delivery (so no risk as a consumer)

Unfortunately, very bad experiences with this company due to poor communication. After a first visit everything was fine and we would soon see an offer. The solar panels would be placed in the same way as with the neighbors. A month and a half after their visit, we were told by e-mail that 'after a long deliberation' the conclusion had been reached that our roof would not be suitable for this and that they would not place solar panels with us (or so issue a quotation). Very disappointing that not even a phone call can be devoted to this. Even after expressing our disappointment nothing more heard from them.
What a top, super nice and thinking along. Clear agreements that are kept. Good quality materials used there. Clear advice that includes your own preferences. Highly recommended if you want to join forces with a company for solar panels.
Great company to work with. Expert advice and professional assistance. When installing the solar panels, it turned out that even more space was available with a different layout, so there was good thinking.
We came to this company through a promotion from the municipality of Wormerland. The panels were installed with us last week. Is all neatly executed. Both in and outside. For us, the communication was also excellent and clear. We were constantly kept well informed and problems were solved perfectly.

Disappointed by greeny brittle. Comed here through a municipality action. Initially glad that a real solar panels expert came to install.
But it goes wrong on several fronts!
First made an incorrect quote, so that 2 panels less fit on the roof on the day of installation.
By the way, placement was neat. So nothing more than praise for the mechanics.
Sales proposal was to simply pay for 9 panels. Money from the 2 panels less would be fine. I refused this, and luckily too! Then have to wait 3 months for the correct handling of the financial part. Still no correct warranty certificate received.

Today (in the resit) our panels have been installed. Unfortunately, the electricity route had to be taken on the tourist route via the shed, so a second inspection was required. The 2 toppers who installed it today had a big job and were busy from 9-18.
It was really tough but they did it and the installation and cabling look super tight. And that for the best price. I am very happy with GreenyBros and would certainly recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

We have been well and thoroughly advised during the orientation on the installation of solar panels. They think along in solutions to get the most return. My husband placed them himself and with the clear instructions from the men at Greeny Bros, it was very easy to do that. If we had a question, they were always friendly to us. It is clear that these people understand their business and are only satisfied when the customer is too. I heartily recommend them!
My experiences have been variable. Delivered quickly, but other things than intended. The Helpdesk contacts were distant and uninterested. They also let it be known themselves that they did not like all those "Do it Selfers"; a kind of cash and carry mentality. I wanted to place 5 separate solar panels in a row. I got a set of 5 in a row. I had indicated that the front (3) solar panels were shaded in the fall and spring. It was not possible to split with this set. Then I had to switch to a more expensive solution with SolarEdge. From inquiries elsewhere it appears that this is certainly possible with universal optimizers. The inverter did not seem to work at first. Then it was immediately threatened that if it turned out that he worked that it would cost me a lot of money. In the end, it was my problem with the Chinese logic. If the DC switch points to "on" then it is off. I'm not making this up. Still, I am happy with this set. It performs well and it also looks more aesthetically pleasing on that flat roof in a row. However, the "Do It Yourselfers" have been warned. Watch your case.
