My experiences have been variable. Delivered quickly, but other things than intended. The Helpdesk contacts were distant and uninterested. The inverter did not seem to work at first. Then it was immediately threatened that if it turned out that he worked that it would cost me a lot of money. In the end, it was my problem with the Chinese logic. If the DC switch points to "on" then it is off. I'm not making this up. Still, I am happy with this set. It performs well and it also looks more aesthetically pleasing on that flat roof in a row. However, the "Do It Yourselfers" have been warned. Watch your case.
