This is my 2nd time having to have rehab. I'm from Tennessee. I love everyone here. The nurses and techs (CNAs) have gone above and beyond with taking care of my needs. I want them to all know that I truly appreciate them and I want to thank them for making me feel important. Thank you to all the nurses (too many to name sorry) and tech (Liz, Heather, Aaliyah, and if I didn't mention you I apologize. It's just too many to name) but Thank you so much.

My 96 years old mother was in Greenwood for 2 months earlier this year and came home stronger than she had been in months. She has been back in for the past 2 months after hip surgery.
This is not a fancy place at all. She is not used to fancy. That is ok. I have dealt with administration, nurses, therapist and many of the aids. Everyone has been very helpful, considerate and been good to my Mom and my family. The food is very good and I believe it is clean. They keep up with doctors appointments and have transportation available. She enjoyed physical and occupational therapy and made a great deal of progress.
It is not home for my Mom but she feels secure and so do I. If she is unable to return home, this is where she wants to be.
If you want fancy, this is not it. If you want good care, you may want to give it a try.

I walked in and it smelled so clean! Everyone was so nice and professional. The staff looked like they were tending to everyones needs and giving top notch csring, loving service. I had only visited for about an hour. It seems like a very nice place.

Had Grandmother In This Nursing Home When It Was Called Britthaven Of Bowling Green.
Wish It Was Call Worst Place In Bowling Green.
Instead Of Greenwood Nursing And Rehabilitation Center.
Be Kind Of Nice If Some Of Women Nurse's Would Maybe Play Something On The Piano For Residents Instead Of Sitting Not Doing Anything.

If I could I would give ZERO stars! If you love your family members DON'T put them in this facility. They are neglectful and RUDE! My great aunt was treated less than human. Her last day there (before moving to another BETTER facility) she was threatened that if she didn't start eating faster they would take her food from her! Please, don't put anyone you love here!

This is the worst rehab center that I ve ever seen in my life. Dirty, unfriendly staff, nurses are just down right mean, no one gives a flip, and while trying to help the patients - they don t care if they hurt the patients or not. Totally understaffed and unprofessional, from the top - down. PLEASE don t take your loved one there. If you love your family, you ll steer clear of this place.

This place is just terrible the nurses do nothing at all just sit at the desk. But they will get up to go yell at the one Cna taking care of far too many residents alone on a hall. My father was not taken care of well at all many of the residents here are ignored and or handled improperly. Cnas here discussed with me how certain Cnas are far too rough with clients and how nurses have neglected to care for people properly resulting in deaths. Not recommended at all stay away people go there to get better yet decline rapidly.

Only 2 nurses are working at one time, and at night there is only 1 nurse and one aide. Have to wait 30 minutes just to receive the help to get in and out of the bed. The language the nurses use is nothing but what time they go home and how they can't do anything to help. They'd rather stuff people into rooms and get that paycheck than actually help the residents.
