Slumlord rental agency, and slow to make repairs to units.

My mother rented from them for several years. She finally moved into a nursing home, but while she was there, she had no issues. Each time I visited with her, I would usually go to the office with her and pay her rent. The young lady named Ashley (I think) was amazing. they are a great place

My mama rented from them for a while. I lived with her for about a year. They are sweet kind people. Mrs. Ashley is the best and so kind.everytime there was a maintenance issue, she got someone right out. She fell back on her rent but they didn t kick her right out. They worked with her and got her caught her up. I like these people

Good place to rent, if they have anything. They seem to know what they are doing and get things done quick. I always check them out!

Am a rental from them and I haven't had a problem with them at all the two ladies in the office is great no problems ever I love this rental companythey show and give you much respect more than I ever had going through a rental company they make sure your happy when you leave out of there they are almost like family well they treat you like family

I enjoyed renting through the Adams Agency. They took good care of me and fixed my issues right away. The apartment I had was renovated and in excellent condition. I wish I could have stayed. If only they had 3 bedroom apartments in that same area. Loved it!

Landlords often get a bad rap. some are great and some are horrible. these people are the best. very kind and take care of you.

very good and kind people. a lot of people dont like landlords. they think they are greedy. theses good people though. hard to geta place because they rent out everything. but if you are looking for a place. go here

I've rented two home from them in the past and both times I was pleased. They offer nice home and apartments, in nice neighborhoods. The agency went above and beyond my expectations. Anytime there was a problem, they were there to fix it. I was allowed to have my dogs at both places, with a pet deposit. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a place to rent. I have a new found respect for them since I now work for a property management company myself. They were always polite and professional when dealing with customers; which I now know isn't always easy.

Rented from them a few years ago. If I didn t have to move out of state, I d still be there. Great people
