The crew arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and FAST. I don't think they ever stopped moving. They clearly worked well together, supporting each other and coordinating their efforts efficiently. Their care of our possessions was obvious, and while moving quickly still packed everything with attention. After a week, with 80% unpacked, we have found nothing damaged or broken. I would hire them again immediately, and gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Wonderful company! They packed and stored a 5000 sq.ft. home for me. They were efficient, labeled each box, had a clear legible inventory, and were polite, professional and hard working. It was a big job and they reduced my stress level enormously, with their careful attention to detail. No damages!!
Management was great to work with. They listened well, understood and were very responsive. Leadership comes from the top. I would highly recommend Bisson Moving and Storage.

My ideal move is one where the movers come and go and I hardly know how all that furniture showed up in the new place all intact - like magic - that's how it was! Accommodating, no glitches, price as clearly stated, no bumps or bruises on the walls or furniture. Thank you very much.

STAY AWAY!!! Bisson crew moved my 85 year old mother - destroyed several of her items - these were not small breaks but major damage - lets broken off tables, large cuts in upholstery, marble top broken into 4 pieces, etc. Brought the wrong truck- w/ no lift-gate; refused to honor our claim insisted we "take them to court" to resolve. The attached photos are of the actual damage - hopefully this never happens to you.

Can't say enough about the quality and speed of the move Bisson did for us this month. It was a treat to work with Preston Hughes, the man who came to give us the estimate. I was surprised at how many of those blankets they used to wrap and protect our furniture, and impressed with the care they exercised in carrying our goods and loading the truck. The job came in under budget and the fun factor was right up there with the professional and hard working crew. Kudos Bisson.

Did a very professional job, arrived when they said they would, crew was helpful and knowledgeable about dismantling and reassembling beds and did a nice job packing. When we got to the new apt., they set up everything where we needed and even came on under estimate! Would recommend to anyone who needs help with a move, one less thing to stress over in a stressful event.

I have had several lousy move experiences over the years so I had low expectations. Not only did this completely surprise me in how good an experience it was; but, it surprised me in two remarkable ways. First, the crew worked hard... literally non-stop from the moment they arrived until the moment they left for the two days they were onsite. Second, I was amazed at how incredibly polite and kind they were to each other. I would use them again in a heart beat. The price was fine and on target as well.
