Greensboro Coliseum Ticket and Box Office Reviews

Had a really nice time. Went to see the Globe Trotters with the group that I work with.

Clean venue, the staff is professional, the only downside is overpriced parking and the sound is usually off.

Nice place to visit on weekends where find different activities. Near by UNCG along With Gate City Blvd.

Coming to see shows here is really cool, the coliseum is well kept and always has a good atmosphere.

Your average coliseum. It doesn't have any family or gender neutral restrooms, only gendered. The people who attend events there were not very nice either.

Easy in/out, organized, quick entry into venue, good food and drink choices, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and great seating!!

The ticketing system is very outdated..very slow difficult to know what is available and what you're getting

Good atmosphere! Clean, a lot of walking but that is expected. I think the charge to park is out rages, and not consistent!! Just pick a price and stand by it! Don't rate it on how many tickets you sell. #thatscrazy

Go for an AAU basketball tournament, sign on the door says "no outside food or drink ", but the people working inside having food delivered. Trying to charge 4$ for a bottle of water for kids playing basketball, GTFOOH

They barely have no where to sit. Especially when your hungry

A great venue for multiple types of events. We used the Terrace at the Odeon for a 150-person event with food and presentation, and 10 vendor tables on the lower level. There is plenty of parking, too. I highly recommend this venue if you want to bring together people.

Been here for Supper 32 wrestling tournament, nice place

We went for Monster Jam on 01/13/17. The show was great, but I will not be buying tickets for any other events at this venue. This was the most unorganized event I have ever been to. Everyone we encountered was confused. When we asked the very few attendants questions, no one had any answers gave differing answers. There were no signs directing anyone. Due to the lack of organization, we were not able to make it down to the pit party in time to enjoy any of it. The ticket scanners were slow and didn't scan well which delayed the process even more. The show was great! After it was over, we were all once again herded like cattle. Only a few exit doors were open and made for a very cramped and dangerous exit. Had there been any emergencies, we would have all been doomed. I really hope that not all events there are like this. I have been to many concerts, sporting events, etc and have never encountered anything like we did last night.

Coliseum has always been a very nice place but most of the restaurants and booths that sell things only take cash for most all of them. So I would advise before going to the Coliseum always get cash or pay fees using their ATM.

Great place for events! Went to see Arenacross aka dirt bikes racing! Had so much! 10/10 would recommend this place!

We came here too see JoJo Siwa on tour and it was pretty great. The entrance was very chaotic, there was not much order nor anyone to assist us. Once we were in, it was better. We were able to get food and drinks fairly easy but the bathrooms need some fixing up.

Show was good, however the line to park took 60 mins due to no organization. Crazy!

So 7 years later after a great concert for Janet Jackson in Greensboro, she decided to go on tour again with the Rock Witchu Tour(named after a club friendly song off the Discipline album) and Greensboro was another spot on the tour!!! We couldn't buy our tickets on Ticketmaster fast enough. The tickets arrived safely and promptly to us. We planned on spending the weekend in Greensboro again with the concert being Saturday, October 4, 2008.

We made it to Greensboro just fine and the concert day came upon us. Still excited from the last concert and anticipating all of the new songs and sets we couldn't contain ourselves. We made it to the venue fine and paid for parking and were getting ready to go into the venue. Then people starting coming back to the parking lot and reported to us and the parking lot attendant that the show had just been CANCELLED!!!! OMFG!!!! This hit us like a tons of bricks!!!

We had heard rumblings earlier and she had cancelled earlier shows but thought she would be fine for the rest of the tour. We were wrong!!!! Janet was suffering from a bout of vertigo making it hard for her to dance and such, so instead of giving a half ass show she postponed it and decided to come back soon.

We had planned to go to an after party at a local club but this just dampened our spirits. We didn't even go out to eat after this news. We got food delivered to our hotel. We ended up sleeping the whole time we were there. We didn't even get to sightsee again we were so bummed out!!! We left the next day in very bad spirits.

Around this time there was lots press about this tour and we saw several programs on television showing the tour and how great it was. Seeing the show on television made us so envious at the fans who did see the show live. This made us feel even worse even though there was suppose to be a new date set.

About two weeks after the concert date, we found out that she wouldn't be fulfilling these dates and she will continue on with the tour without these missed dates. This wasn't good news and we were heartbroken all over again. Ticketmaster did refund us all the money we spent for the tickets. I think that was the only plus in this situation.

I'm only giving 3 stars for the situation and not the venue since we only saw the parking lot of the venue this time and not entering the coliseum. Maybe in the upcoming years we will get to see Janet here again but until then this time will still stand out in our mind, but we are still die-hard Janet fans!!!!

Went and seen WWE Monday Night Raw live it Rocked had a great family experience and was easily accessible as well as a friendly staff. Not to mention the seating was great. Had a blast would recommend it if ya have a concert or event to see there & live a little ways away the experience is well worth the travel.

Had NYE church service here. Nice field house, clean restrooms

We went here for an concert. No complaints. We would go again.

Friendly staff, clean venue, and more than large enough to accommodate the gymnastics nationals we attended with no crowding.
Concessions were way high, $4 for a bottle of water? $8 hot dogs? Other than that we were satisfied.

Have many exciting shows!! Just a great atmosphere!

$20 to park, staff is friendly, stadium is HUGE, plenty of bathrooms

We had a great time seeing Paul Simon on his farewell tour. The sound was perfect and we look forward to seeing many more shows there.

It was a little unorganized. But in enjoyed watching ny daughter walk across the stage. The Coliseum was able to seat everyone and still have space left.

Went to see a concert and sat in upper level. Good view since this place is smaller. Easy to get in and out of parking.

Trace Adkins and Clint Black how could this best anything but good

Great location for any event you can think of. Various access points and high security provided at the location. It can be easily locates from the road. The complex has ample parking and I will always recommend for anyone wanting to host an event

Our KPAC Cup Invitational & USA Gymnastics Qualifier went off without a hitch. The facility & staff helped us make the event fantastic. It was well attended with rave reviews. Thanks Greensborro Collesium!

The best concert events always much much control order excellent place for your dibercion and Entertainment

Great concert. Once inside everything went well including sound, lighting, video projection, etc. But traffic control & parking were horrific! We found the last lot nearby with available space but were 20 minutes late. A friend was over an hour late looking for parking. GET THERE EARLY FOR PARKING, and walk to plenty of nearby restaurants!!

Rhythms of Triumph concert on Friday February 2nd was awesome.

Car show and drag cars were awesome.I go every year

Great diamond club. Nice coliseum. Had a great time at the Kat Williams show.

One of my favorite coliseums for concerts. I like the great concert performers that come here. To me, they offer some of the best "large" concerts/acts in the state of NC and it's pretty much centrally located in the middle of the state. Greensboro is a pretty convenient location for the state and the traffic isn't as bad as other larger NC cities such as Raleigh and Charlotte. There are lots of hotels in the vicinity also in case you want to stay the night of the show near the coliseum. There's lots of parking for the coliseum as well. I've always had great experience with the staff/security here who are very helpful to anyone trying to find their section and their seats. When purchasing tickets, they are also very good at letting you know at the time of purchase if the seats are in an obstructed view area. I recommend this coliseum for concerts.

Great facility and arena for Concerts, shows and sporting events

Not much comes to Greensboro but the coliseum is nice.

I enjoy the events they have here. Anytime I've been here things were organized and ran smoothly.
