Parking is expensive and a little hectic getting in and out. However, the acoustics in the Coliseum are the best around our area. I took my daughter's to their first concert this evening to see Lauren Daigle and Johnnyswim. They were thrilled with the performance and their experience.

Really huge! Has many cool attractions from WrestleMania, Monster truck rallies, Disney on ice. Always crowded and parking is a hassle so always show up earlier than you usually would. Overall great place with awesome keepsakes

The people who work here are very organized and very helpful. My family felt safe and enjoyed the show. They have medal detectors and heavy security. They check purses, jackets and pockets. Very swell place to cat h a show!

Enjoyed the Lionel Richie concert, nice snack foods and beverages. Didn't receive the memo that parking was $20. I think that should've been within the ticket price. But on the bright side. Found really nice parking in the neighborhood same walking distance to the venue

They turn the parking lot into an autocross race track once to twice a month during autocross season, so... 10/10

Oh and the Coliseum itself looks nice from a distance, I suppose, but the real highlight is definitely the parking lot.

The fair and the concert were happening at the same time. The staff really didn't know where we should park for the amphitheatre and to get tickets from Will Call. We walked over the whole thing before finding where we should go. Probably first and last time at the Amphitheatre. Concert was good though and exiting was no problem.

I have been at least 4 times, as our online franchise holds one of its annual big events here where people from all over the world show up. It's huge, clean, with parking, and can accommodate at least 25K people, or more. I am basing my estimate on the usual number of people from our online business. We're here usually 4 days each time. The city itself is not huge, but it's good it has this huge, well located coliseum for big events. It even has smaller venue spaces right within its confines. I think any medium size event can take place here.

Traditional Jewish deli in Chicago. Fun place, but they've sacrificed some authenticity to throughput, especially the partially pre-assembled Reuben. We liked Shapiro's in Indy better.

Super disappointed with lack of security when it came to making sure people were in their right seats. We bought front row only to end up with people coming from further rows and standing up next to us or in front of us. Will never attend another concert at this venue because of this experience.

The facility seemed to have recently updated appointments. Seats were reasonably comfortable (for arena seating), and the restrooms were in good shape. I liked the fact that they had disposable toilet seat covers.

Nice place overall. Need to raise or take up the front row. With the court raised and the courtside seats in front, it is tough to see the game. Especially with people walking in front. I am 6'2'' and it was hard for me to enjoy. My wife and kids had a tough time watching also. This really took away from a pretty good game.

I saw Interactive Introverts here! It was a really organized venue, I was a little upset because there was content of the show I was seeing that couldn't be shown because of their equipment not working properly due to weather. It is an outdoor venue and I was still pleased with the show but there was still stuff that we did not get to see due to their equipment not working. They were very thorough with their searching for our and the YouTubers protection which made it feel safer and they were very helpful with helping me find where we would be sitting and where the handicap section was. The staff was really good with keeping people from taking pictures and videos of the show which I appreciated considering that the YouTubers didn't want spoilers leaked. A very good venue!

$20 for general parking?! That is a ridiculous amount to charge for general parking, I'm sorry. For as much money as they made from parking, they should have done a better job with clearing the ice from the parking area and the sidewalks.

My wallet took a second hit when I stopped at the concession stand. I spent $22 for a bottle of water and a mixed drink and that's not including a tip. So that's 42 bucks right off the bat and I haven't even been kissed yet. I just bypassed the merchandise vendors because I could only imagine what a shirt cost.

NO CUPHOLDERS!
We spent extra money on floor seating because we like to be comfortable while we enjoy the show. We were seated in the floor section on the fourth row back which was a great location if only the seats were better designed. The seats were your run-of-the-mill, basic hard plastic fold up chairs that were all bolted together so they couldn't be moved. This made it very uncomfortable because you are constantly touching arms and legs with a total stranger and it feels like you can't move. They also spaced the rows too close together so there is hardly any room for someone to get up and go to the bathroom, concessions or wherever. They keep the lids from your drinks (for safety reasons) so just try to imagine being seated that close to people trying to hold on to your drinks, snacks, coat, pocket book or whatever and then having to stand up with everything to let somebody out. It's extremely awkward and would be a nightmare for somebody that was claustrophobic. Spacing the seats and rows out just a little bit further and providing a cup holder would make a world of a difference. People pay extra for floor seating for a reason and it's not just for the view. You guys should try to make your customers more comfortable. Just a few minor changes would go a long ways. I had floor seats for a show at Harrah's Casino and the difference was like night and day. The seats were spaced perfectly and weren't bolted together. They were padded cloth seats with cupholders as well which made all the difference in the world. You can actually relax and enjoy yourself instead of being cooped up and can hardly move. Take lessons Greensboro! If you're going to charge your patrons premium prices, then offer premium services!

This old place still has what it takes to bring down the house for #WWELive! Our family had an amazing time! Friendly staff helped us get the best seats for our daughter that has sensory disorder! This is Flair country! Whooo!

This is a very cramped and stuffy venue. There isn't a lot of space in the seats and the bathrooms are tiny which means long lines. Vendors on the outside of the arena face each other which mean lines that cause bottlenecks in the pathways around. Would not attend another event here.

Big location, but hard to figure out which location is hosting an event so you know which area to park. Staff that parks you at the front gate are rude and unhelpful. Event staff looks at you mean when you are entering and exiting the facility.
