Greensboro Coliseum Ticket and Box Office Reviews

We arrived over fifteen minutes early to attend a concert, and we ended up waiting in a one-lane traffic jam for forty minutes ( less than 1/2 mile from the complex). On top of the wait they charged $20 for parking. We frequent concerts in Charlotte, and we never see this at the Music Factory or PNC. Almost and hour late into the concert completely unnecessarily. We will not be back, Greensboro.

The stairs were way to steep. The herd you around like cattle.

Everything is convenient and clean. Soft and comfortable seats

Nice venue.

Went there to see the Bernie rally and there was no issue with arriving parking or leaving.

There is a $5 parking fee though so make sure you have cash.

Big time complex for this areas size, host more events than a lot of people know

Nothing to say bad about this place except the parking is not the best and the walk is a bit long for seniors but as far as for me it is perfwct.

The Coliseum itself isn't awful, seating is broken up enough you don't have to climb 20 people to get to your seats and the seats are fairly comfortable, visibility pretty good. The walkways around the arena are insufficient for the crowds if they're gonna have vendors in them.

The real gripe is the access and traffic management getting there. We turned on W Market 45 minutes before our event, and made it less than a mile in that time, eventually deciding to chance parking in a vacant lot and walking, we ended up about a half hour late, pretty ridiculous for an event that didn't even pack out the venue. Highly unlikely I'll go to another performance there.

This complex has grown which is great but parking becomes a nightmare when the main coliseum has a big event and one of the smaller venues also has something going on. They have started to bring some big name artist and shows, prices are reasonable, parking fluctuates depending on event. This should be a straight $5 if you ask me. The NBA G-League Swarm team plays in the annex. This is a great place to watch Basketball s raising stars and ex college players. Every seat in the house has a great view and tickets are very affordable.

Nothing special. Pretty impressive, though. when you consider it was originally built in the late '50's.

Great place: large venue, easy to find, good parking (but had to pay extra,) leaving was well organized made it easy to get out without hassle.

Beautiful place, very clean, safe and easy to navigate

Large, easy to access facility with multiple venues within the large facility. Very modern, clean and safe. Seating was nice and the rows are a little shorter than normal so making it to the middle seats is a little easier. Good traffic management and lots of law enforcement presence.

B93.9 sent us to party at the Coliseum with Little Big Town on their dime! This was our first visit there and the place was immaculate and the staff was courteous and informative. We will be back again for other events .

Best venue in N.C. to see shows with multi complex enviorment!

Nice place. We go to many shows here. Beware they are using metal detectors now and the lines back up. So if you are attending an event here arrive early to allow for time to get through security.

The king concert by #RomeoSantos was the greatest concert I ever been !!!! The venue is in a great location and the staff was friendly and very helpful !
I received assistance from the will call team and they were very profesional! Also the food and drink area were very clean and the staff again were very helpful! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! DISNEY ON ICE....MY FIRST TIME GOING AND IT WAS A CLEAN ATMOSPHERE. WE HAD AN EASY DRIVE AND THE KIDS ENJOYED THEMSELVES GREATLY.

We saw Transiberian Orchestra here. The show was wonderful, the seats comfortable but the acoustics left something to be desired.
I would still return for another show however.

It's a decent enough place for events but the parking is awful. Most events overcharge for parking and you've got walk a good distance to get to the gates. Also, lock your car!!

Had an AMAZING time with my Beautiful Wife at the concert!

Went to watch my first Carolina cobras arena football game. It was action packed a lot of fun. And the price was right. Even season tickets are reasonably priced

Attended the circus on February 12. We enjoyed the circus but felt like there could be improvement getting people into events and controlling the crowds loitering outside. We were approached by an individual on the outside who wanted us to go buy tickets for him since we had children. He said since he didn't have children he could not buy the tickets using the coupons he bad. After talking him no, he offered $100.00. A second no, he felt the need to continue to harass us.

The Michael's amusement in town Sept 8 was nice. Did not appreciate some of the staff over the kiddie rides as they seem to not want to do their jobs, two or three in particular. But overall, nice outing for the kids

People get excited at concerts which is great, but those of us who are having leg and hip issues right now cannot stand up the whole time so we miss seeing people on stage. Also very very claustrophobic really crowded getting out of the building. Concert was great

Seems to be a great place for a concert, tickets and parking quite expensive.

Went to see Mickey on ice and the show was awesome but everything associated with the Greensboro coliseum is really expensive. A cup of lemonade was $15.

Nice place staff is friendly! Seats a little small but we had a great time at the Marvel show Feb 2018.

Confusion with ticket purchases but other than that it was a good time.

A parking garage would be better than open lots. The seats leave very little leg room for a tall person and very uncomfortable. However, staff were amazing and efficient. The facilities are easy to navigate.

Alot of memories made in this building! Great venue to watch anything from sports, concerts, ice skating and indoor motor sports. Holds around 20000.

Traffic nightmare, poor beer selection but great venue for the actual show

I will never attend any functions here again!!!! I grew up coming to this gun show! As a kid I looked forward to going with my dad now you are taking that away for me and my kids!! I hope the people that agree with me will do the same and not spend a dime at the Greensboro coliseum!!

Great venue, but watch the weather.

Had the best day ever, went with the church group and seen skillet. And went behind stage with my girlfriend. I had the privilege to have met Mallary hope.

My last time going for gun show in Greensboro. Paid $5 to park and $11 admission. Not many vendors there. Will go to Dixie gun and knife show from now on. Do not waste your money here anymore. I give honest reviews, sometimes good sometimes bad. I call it like I see it.

Great time here! Can't believe the Coliseum food prices were so reasonable.

Awesome venue for a large event. Market America's International Convention which I attended for those looking for a second stream of income.

Great place. Parking is steep price wise, but security is awesom.

Enjoyed a comedy show, even though my vehicle was dented, & didn't no the parking was $20. Have to deal with getting my car repaired hopefully this week, I understand accidents do happen even though I don't no who did it, but the show was great, & I will definitely come back again.

Awesome place to catch a basketball game. Houses about 2000 people and there isn't a bad seat in the house.

I was at the ACC swimming heats. The aquatic area is fabulous

The staff is very nice; however their procedures are horrendous. Took forever to get into the facility. A couple of folks got sick standing in the sun for hours. Hope we never go back
