Waited in line for 45 minutes to enter graduation. Awful flow plan for large events.

It was our first Swarm game and it was fantastic. The arena is a great venue and the season opener was exciting. All the staff we encountered we're very hospitable. Good place for everyone!

I went for the North Carolina SkillsUSA state conference. It was a nice open place with plenty of places to charge your phone as well as it has a lot of parking and plenty of foot trafic moving in and out.

So much parking. And still more parking. Oh yea ,a couple buildings too. Then more parking.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and efficient and very helpful. Love attending events here and I'm from Raleigh!

Nice place for concerts and events, but be prepared to walk. It is huge.

This is a great venue. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on concessions but that is everywhere. They arent very organized when it comes to parking and entry. It takes a while to get in the doors and through security and it also takes a while to leave the venue because of the parking situation. Other than that, i recommend it. I have been several times.

We use the Aquatic Center for swimming lessons for my grandsons. Great place.

This was Marvels live the staff at the colosseum was friendly and professional never really worried about safety. The food vendor price were not out of line. Good time by all

Great place for the ACC tournament. It's nice and big with wide open walkways. You do not feel like your cramped on top of each other. I wish they would keep the tournament here every year. Clean facilities and nice,helpful and informative workers.

It was a good place every one and do I enjoyed myself at Monday night Raw.

I volunteered for the Hilsong event and the venue was awesome as well as the food vendors were accommodating to offer suggestions for vegetarians. I gave 3 stars due to the staff giving directions and checking tickets at the gate could be kinder to the public. In addition, The parking for volunteers was $20 dollars which is a little pricey. I did not mind paying however leaving after 12am could be an issue due to no security.

There for a graduate who was walking. Not much more to say.

Went to the Greensboro Aquatic Center here. Watched a swim meet. Awesome competition among these kids(7-8 year olds).My granddaughter loves this place.

THey do a pretty good job of moving a lot of people in and out in a short period of time. I suppose this is a requirement of any venue of this sort. It would help is they had maps showing which direction you needed to go in order to get to your seat.

15 $ to park when I saw 21 pilots. And that was 4 blocks away. Plus side was didn't take long to hit highway after concert was over

A great place to watch basketball- even the upper deck seats are good ones.

Coliseum has and will always be a huge deal for me. I used to live right across the street as a kid. My family was kinda poor so me and my brother were never able to go to the circus or fair. He died years ago and everytime I see it , it reminds me of him. Much love.

Parking isles and spaces are super tight. Otherwise no problems, had agood experience.

Always something to do here. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. Clean restrooms. Overall a wonderful event center. Would definitely recommend anyone to attend an event at this location.

Saw Alabama in concert. Easy to get in and out of the Coliseum that night. Needs some updating couldn't get on WiFi any that night but the concert was great.

To crowded , security was mean ,u asked for bathroom and they get snapped with u when u never been before mean not helpfull

way overpriced parking. had to pay 20 bucks just to park. seats are not clearly marked, during show was approached numerous times about being in wrong seat only to prove that I was in correct seats. Great shows, awful venue. no wonder no decent bands come to greensboro.

Poor advertisement for the chocolate & wine festival. After standing on a long line only to be told that we needed tickets, and then by the time we found the ticket stand, they were sold out. So we purchased tickets for the 5-8 PM festival & went to eat. They had so many events going on at one time & not one directional sign for either event to be seen!!! Do better!!!

Parking is always expensive at an event venue like this, but I was surprised to see how quickly traffic was directed and they moved the traffic through for such a big event! The parking lot is well lit and I felt safe at such a big event as there was plenty of GSO police dept. outside and security staff and metal detectors inside as well as security checking personal belongings brought into the venue (they checked my purse, as well as everyone else's). The line for this process went quickly as there were multiple designations for this based on your tickect/seat location. Every staff member we encountered had one specific job to do, so things went methodically and quickly, especially considering there were so very many people (near, if not sold out concert) in one location. The only negative I can say about this experience and venue is that the bathrooms are old/out dated and not well kept! The soap and paper towel dispensers didn't work well, however there were more than enough stalls for everyone and there wasn't a wait to use the restroom. I understand how incredibly expensive it would be to update one restroom with that many stalls and sinks, much less the entire venue's restrooms, but I hope they'll find the funds to do so soon!
The arena has a huge monitor/screen to see the show up close from any seat, so though we had pretty good seats, there's really not a "bad" seat in the house. I will say that it's I've never cared for the layout of this arena. The event stage at this Coliseum, unless your sitting opposite of the stage, depending on your side of the arena, you're looking left or right the whole time, unlike most larger venues where everyone is looking straight forward and it's not in an arena layout, but the stage is in front and the seats are all in rows front to back.
The @PaulSimon #FarewellTour concert was EXCELLENT, he and his band are so so incredibly talented; it was an event I'll always remember! This guy is unbelievable when it comes to anything musical, they don't make music like he does anymore! He is what you can call a true artist, something completely different from what so-called artists/musicians are these days! Paul Simon still to this day sounded exactly the same as what I always heard on his albums - nothing fake, nothing autotuned!

I'm handicap. Went to TSO last night. From start to finish I was wheeled to and from my seat. Thanks to the young man who did this for me.

I went to a comedy show, and it was great. The atmosphere was great and the service was great. I had a wonderful time.

I went to a job fair and the fair did not provide many opportunities.

Great venue as always. Been a few years, but everything was perfect.

Really good place to see a concert. Amphitheater is also a good place to watch a concert. Sound is very good and sight lines are fine.

very nice venue. easy in and out. only complaint is size of chairs. they seem to be making them smaller.

I attended bassnectar NYE. My experience was great, staff were awesome, it would just be nice to have more drink stations available throughout the venue on all floors, even if that means an exclusive water station on ground level or even better, on the floor itself. The music could have been a little louder, but a great time was had by all and as a local I appreciate the business it brought in for my workplace.

For other events, staff are always great and parking staff are usually helpful.

The Terrace is a great venue for the Equality Breakfast hosted by the Greensboro Council on the Status.of Women.

Nice coliseum. The handicapped parking is still a good distance from the entrance.

I will never attend another event at this venue. If you buy a drink in a plastc bottle they take the caps off not allow to have caps on bottles...really it's dangerous cause caps can be thrown but bottles can't. So stupid. Also after my concert there was only one way out! Thousands of people walking out the same way same doors. That is crazy and unsafe. Also getting out of parking lot which you had to pay 20 to park.. Was ridiculous. They had everyone going same way. People working concessions were rude. If I could give a negative star I would

Seats are too close together...but that's all coliseums I think!
