Venue is great. The worst part is the parking. Compared to the PNC arena in Raleigh getting in and or out is much more difficult. A better designed system is warranted for sure.

The have a wide variety of concerts sports and many things for people of all ages. Courteous staff
Real fun to get you ready for Christmas and reasonable prices.
University Soul Circus is the best circus in the world!!! Something different and unique every year.
Should have lockers for items that are mistakenly brought to an event
Shane McMahon Arnae Bacon love your hair
boy friend from girl's happy hour
Poor organization in getting people parked. Terrible getting people through security. Missed the first 20 minutes of our concert.
This is hands down the most beautiful coliseum that I've ever been in. The natural lighting all around the main structure lighten the whole structure up
Awesome Music Store with a great selection of Jewelry!
Nothing negative to say. Event was what we expected.
Incompetent planning and management tore down the marginally adequate War Memorial Auditorium with the promise of quick replacement. Replacement is stalled leaving Guilford County without any large facility for theater, lectures and concerts. Accoustics and seating are awful. It's a gymnasium. This place is fine for basketball and the nearby aquatic center is excellent but it's terrible for theater, concerts and lectures.
Went there for a swim meet (YMCA Nationals). Good facilities, nice staff.
This place was a awful experience..they shut off wi fi so no phone service inside or out..parking 20.00 for a concert but 10.00 for other events same night..bathrooms out of everything..soap ..paper towels and toilet paper
Parking was awful. I parked so far away it took 45 min to reach the arena. They had a nice setup for the cheerleading competition tho
Con's (no pro's to this place at all)
-Even though this place has the ability to hold large crowds they offer far too few restrooms.
-Upon trying to enter the seating area we were told No Food or Drinks. Yet they sell drinks just outside the door & to put salt in the wound they sell food AND drinks at the concession stand conveniently located within the seating area.
-Parking is $5 & an absolute mess to try & navigate.
All these factors accumulated to the two star rating & will only ensure I do NOT return!
$20 parking and took 1 1/2 hours to get through the security screening, missed first 20 mins of a great concert
Enjoyed the Women's ACC tournament here! Everything was organized, the volunteers were friendly and informative and parking wasn't bad at all.
CLEAN & SPACEY ANOTHER FINE YR OF SHOWS BY CAROLINA KC
Not bad, but ran out of bottle water in the area where we where sitting, and had the beer/water sales counters sit up in front of the water fountains.
Home town charm. Glad we can go to events at the coliseum.
Kinda upset we lost the NCAA men's basketball though.
Friendly and efficient staff, lines moved quickly to get on for graduation
My only complaint with this coliseum is the hill to get to the entrance is so very steep! Don t wear your heels ladies!
Any place to dangerous to allow patrons to carry a measly pocket knife is to dangerous for me. That is just crazy.
Everything is great about the GREENSBORO coliseum complex except for the outrageous parking. However, parking is expensive at most any event complex. The flow of traffic has always been great and I have never had a bad dealing with any of the coliseum employees! Highly recommend for a venue or concert!
First class staff and organization from top to bottom. Seriously, from parking to concessions, security and more. A fantastic venue with multiple facilities to host a variety of different events.
it wasn't congested and it's so organized from the parking lot all the way to the stadium, we had people guiding us through.
Great seating. Nosebleeds were steep, be careful climbing up!
Post Malone was great!
Dont waste your time comen to this fair food terrible peopl r too unlimited wristbands still hotta pay 4 2 other rides no seats 3 adult rides total sux totally
Floor seats not worth it...especially when people stand up...great location of bathrooms..seats to dang it close...BBW cant sit that close.
Thanks greensboro! this is the best 20000 person venue in the south east. Newer and better metro and parking than atlantas state farm/philips, better attitude and accomodations than nashvilles Bridgestone arena and better overall facility than Birminghams. Weve struggled to find a good home for our event and we all love this place
Everything about the show was amazing. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the vendors were not allowed to give bottles when buying drinks. I understand they couldn't fit safety reasons, but it did make it difficult to not spoil drinks or have have drinks should on you
Nice seats. I think they are new. Plan ahead with parking.
Went to RV show. Lots and lots of RV's. Great place.
Awesome place, very friendly workers who actually take time to guide you and even show you where to go if you get lost. Security is.tight , not because of it being a dangerous place but they have multiple events going on at once and they do help with traffic and lost kids an spouses as well, bring extra money as water is not cheap nor are chips, but it is very clean and people are respectful of seating
Not the greatest venue in NC, but definitely not the worst.
Great place to watch the Little Four at the Haeco Invitational.
I'm only rating this a 2 because they hosted TSO. This coliseum is unorganized, took us 45 mins to get in line and park and find our seats. To get seated was frustrating. The seats were so close together you felt like you were packed sardines! The chairs are very uncomfortable and there is no leg room. The bathrooms were poorly managed no toilet paper or paper towels at the start of the event. I don't think I'll be going back for another event.
I have only been to the coaches conference at the complex, never a game. So I can't really say either way if this is a good spot to watch basketball.
No bad seat in this venue. I have a security concern that s makes me give this venue a 2 star.. On the video boards here it claims that any suspicious activity to please report it to the authorities. There was a group of intoxicated individuals lead into building bypassing security by an employee who doesn t work with the public here. I approached a uniformed officer to advise him that this isn t right and is a big security concern in my book. The officer replied it s not his job and there is nothing he can do about it and to speak with the venues management and file a claim. Wait a second file a claim that these individuals may have a weapon and is bypassing security to get in? This is how the bad happens to innocent people. I have spoke with the management of the venue and made them aware of the activity that happened and along with the response of the uniformed officer. I would love to give 5 stars but to be on edge do to a security issue I enjoyed making sure my family was safe then enjoying the show.
Venue was really good. Sound was very good. Parking is over priced at $20
Would not recommend this venue for watching the PBR. Paid top dollar for tickets but the seats were ridiculously small, uncomfortable and so crammed together you literally were on your neighbor's lap.
Very impressed with this complex. 1st time I had visited. It is also larger than you would think!
We live going here for basketball games and concerts. Parking is a little expensive but that's at any event place
The last show was the King & Queen concert .... and Mary tuned it out !
It was really nice!
Congratulations to the class of 2019
Paige High School
Twenty Pilots concert was amazing! The way they did general admission was really stupid though. It wasn'tgeneral admission. It was come get a wristbandand come back later.
