can 100 % recommend this wonderful Spa to anyone traveling to NYC this is the place to recharge!
I purchased two massages and tried to reach this place for a week to book the appts, I called and visited the physical address only to get brushed off. There is literally NO receptionist, and they do not return calls. Now I am eating the costs. Do NOT GO HERE.

My son gave me a gift certificate to Greenhouse Holistic. I received a 90 minute Swedish massage. David massaged every inch of my body knocking out bumps, lumps, and kinks. He targeted my problem areas with his magic hands with precision. It was definitely the BEST massage I have ever had. I strongly recommend Greenhouse Holistic Spa.
I bought a service on Groupon, booked an appointment but had a family emergency which prevented me from making the appointed. The secretary told me that she will speak to the manager to see if I would be able to reschedule. The manager refused to let me reschedule. So now they have my money and I will never get the service. Because of their lack of understanding that life is not set by a schedule, unfortunate events do happen, I will let my friends and family know never to go to this establishment. I am forced to place a star for this post, but Greenhouse Holistic you get a ZERO.
Best massage i've ever received. I got a 60 minute deep tissue from Anne and I felt incredible during and after! The space is very relaxing and everyone working there is lovely.

I came here for a massage with David. It was fairly easy to make an appointment but they had limited availability even for a few weeks out. A few days before the appointment, they had to reschedule the appointment but, they noted they were flexible. David was very businesslike and had a no-nonsense personality. The custom massage felt good and he focused on my problem areas. My only qualm is that David left a few times during the massage and it started late (even though, I was there early). I felt since that happened, the appointment should be extended to accommodate that.
Great yoga and a really nice variety of classes. It's so great for local Williamsburg residents (who can afford it). The people are really friendly, too and the massages are excellent.
My mom and I went for a deep tissue massage bought from Groupon. We waiting a month to get an appointment, but we didn't mind. The place is clean and nice. Once we got there, we didn't wait long and on to the massage. The massage was great, he knew exactly which pressure points to hit. We will definitely go in the future.
Accused of not paying by the receptionist but when I asked her to specify which class I had not paid for (which was a simple query with the intention of paying once I understood what I'd missed, as opposed to a challenge) I was told that that was okay, she'd make a note of it and we will remember you. In other words, get out and don't come back. I left speechless and actually never went back. I assume there was something I'd missed but I also suspect that the reaction towards my query was because I am black. But, maybe I didn't miss a payment and she just wanted $20 off me? Whatever, I don't know. I'll never know. Just be aware that Greenhouse Holistic is not a black people are welcome kind of place.
So so so good. It s right off the L if you re not walking. David completely worked out my knots and I was so relaxed. I was pleased he did my whole body, including feet and head, and the room was super calming and chill. Will definitely be back david knows what he s talking about and came off extremely knowledgeable.

I haven't even gone yet. I've called to schedule and reschedule and it's as if they have no one at the front desk because everyone needs to help run the place. Terrible customer service experience. Owner apologized but via email. Couldn't book an appt for months :( not very relaxing.
Very good massage place, terrible booking system and no one is ever available over the phone. They also cancel your appointment with out a call, just a email. Won't use again.
