It has been four months since we started to get in contact with this company. They seemed to have a good reputation with the videos their founders had aired out and it seemed like good press.

They have been promoting that their services take 2 to 4 weeks with verification. But that's not true - seems like as they grew, their bottleneck become uncontrollable and they had taken more than three months to process my application. When you inquire they call you seamlessly that's the only fast about dealing with them.

What actually sucks the most is that the "manager" handling this case - after constant communication and follow ups last year just went completely quite. After speaking her today, she just mentions that management is stopping new applications and is going to relaunch by the end of the quarter.

Given the service you are offering, you could have been transparent enough to mention this to your pending applications.
