We joined to have a place to eat dinner frequently as a family; and for our kids to have a place to play and swim in the summer. It turned out to be the worst dinning experience we have ever received from an establishment. It would take an hour to even get a salad, and heaven help you if you wanted an actual entree. They also do not give you popcorn or bread when you come to eat. You have to be very specific when asking the staff for things. Like you when you need plates, you will also need silverware, as well.
The swim team, however, was wonderful and a great experience for my daughter. The coaches were truly great and the kids all had a great season. The swim team is a five star experience and team. The club itself is severely lacking and not worth the money. Luckily, you can join the swim team without having to join the club.

Beautiful course. Smooth, fast greens. Well maintained. All the amenities you would expect of a genuine Country Club.

Friend had a birthday party here, it was amazing! Staff was friendly, venue was mag, everything was so put together. Dance floor is a little small but everything was on point! Bravo! Employees all wore masks and everything was clean. Would recommend!

I came to this country club for a wedding and this was a perfect venue. The building is beautiful inside and looks very nice outside. It was clean and had nice decorative lights. There was definitely enough space for all of the guests, the food, and the dancing. The people who worked there were very helpful and respectful to our party. They were very orderly in getting us to do things in segments so that they could prepare the next part of the party. Nothing was out of place and it was a very pleasant experience.

It looks awesome when I drive by it with my broke self.

Have yet to golf here but had an enjoyable day at the swim meet.

I attended a wedding here recently. The food was great the scenery was beautiful. However, it was an evening wedding and it was a long dark walk back from the outdoor ceremony in heels over rugged terrain. Some ground lighting would have made all the difference in the world. I felt like I was walking in a Minefield ready to twist my ankle at any moment. Also, it was the most expensive cash bar I had ever been to at a wedding.

Private club with numerous athletic activities as well as social events and food and beverage. Guests of members are welcome and can enjoy amenities with their member

Great Golf Course and party room available for special events

The staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to assist with anything you need. Our food was outstanding!

We held my daughter's sweet 16 party here and the staff was truly awesome! They all smiled and we're eager to help anytime we asked. They were very prompt and professional with all their service. The rates were comparable and actually cheaper then most places we checked around Chesapeake.

They had good customer service establishment was nice clean and orderly.
My sister rented an area here and they were very helpful, attentive, and courteous.

The Greenbrier Country Club is an amazing venue for a wedding. This was an outdoor ceremony, with about 150 guests, and an upstairs reception. The service that the staff provided was very personal. They helped with planning and coordinating all of the vendor services and even set up the centerpieces and decorations. The food was amazing and some of the guests are still talking about how wonderful the chicken parmesan was. Elizabeth, Jordan, and the rest of the staff were amazing! They treated everyone like they were the most important people in the world. I would recommend them again and again.

Good venue to host your party or wedding of 100 or less guests.

Course is in great shape for the winter. The fairways are dormant brown, the tee boxes appropriately sized small, and the greens are green and fast .... although not as fast as the practice green. Overall, a nice facility. If only the course layout were more interesting.

Poor party coordination please DO NOT host a party or an event here you will regret it. My wedding was handled poorly this is why you do not see them in wedding catalogs as a preferred venue

Only for particular folk. Golf green feas are higher than PGA green fees in the southern states

Loved this place and staff. Ryan, gm, was great to work with. I had my wedding there this past weekend and everything turned out to be fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious especially the teriyaki chicken and salmon. The Caesar Salad had just enough dressing and the herb roasted potatoes were seasoned to perfection. The place was clean, neat and everyone is just so friendly. I will definitely return to do some more events and recommend this venue to everyone. Thank you for making my wedding a fun and memorable experience.

Beautiful golf course. Customer service is superior. One of the best golf courses to play.
