I am very disappointed. I had a monthly membership before the quarantine and lockdown. Since they reopened my husband has tried contacting them to restart the membership and cannot reach anyone. I guess I will seek a new spa. I love Alison for facial and Bathshua for massages but had to schedule for the fear of paying full price because they have not reinstated the membership pricing from before the quarantine started and thinking they many not be doing memberships anymore.
