I am very disappointed. I had a monthly membership before the quarantine and lockdown. Since they reopened my husband has tried contacting them to restart the membership and cannot reach anyone. I guess I will seek a new spa. I love Alison for facial and Bathshua for massages but had to schedule for the fear of paying full price because they have not reinstated the membership pricing from before the quarantine started and thinking they many not be doing memberships anymore.

I recieved a gift card for a spa package at Green Tree Day Spa. I just had a facial on this visit and was very happy with the experience. I will be returning very soon to enjoy a full day of pampering and me time.

I last minute booked appointments for 6 people for a little girl's night before my sister's wedding. Not only were the massages great, but Maria went above and beyond for us. We left feeling super relaxed, but also cared for and pampered. Thankful for everything Maria orchestrated for us to make this a special night for my sister!

I have the monthly membership. It is definitely worth it. I enjoy the staff, the spa, and care I receive at Green Tree Day Spa. Keep up the good work!

The staff and facility are amazing. However, after you purchase a gift certificate, it EXPIRES. Therefore, they get to keep the money and no services have been provided. I'm a busy mom, full time student, and work 2 jobs. I had forgotten about the gift card I received from Christmas a few years ago, and thought I would use it now. Nope. It expires! I find that to be completely ridiculous. Regardless of time, a company should not be allowed to just keep someones money. It's theft. So my massage was really $200, since I had to pay out of pocket and they already took the $100 for the gift certificate.

Wow! My boyfriend surprised me with a couple s power massage for 1 hour and just WOW. Customer service is phenomenal and the massage was fantastic! I had Krissy and he had Bathsua. These ladies were very attentive and accommodating. Thank you and we will be back!

The ambience is very nice. Clean, calm, and relaxing environment. The lady that checked me in was a bit absent minded. She wasn t great at communicating or directing. But, it was not a big deal, just something I picked up on. Melvin was great! Super considerate, warm, and did a great job! He really was awesome and my shoulders feel a lot less tense after my session with him. Heads up, these are full body massages, so if you re uncomfortable with a part of your body being touched (ears, feet, butt, etc.) let your massage therapist know. Overall, I had a really nice visit and will be coming back soon!

They cancelled my massage 2 hours before the appointment by text. Very disappointed and annoyed by the lack of communication or care to reschedule. Please spend your money at a different spa that cares about their customers!

I absolutely LOVED my facial and will definitely return! The safety guidelines were unclear until I arrived and I didn t receive an appointment confirmation. Better communication could easily prevent confusion and enhance the experience. Other than that, I loved my time spent here!
