Friendly service and help selecting floorings in the store. Not sure about the install service yet.

Our experience has been great. Chris helped us pick out reasonably-priced carpet and came the next day to measure the 4 rooms. He was great to work with, and we were happy that there would not be an additional charge for moving furniture. He scheduled installation for two weeks later, which was fine as we had to remove books from shelves, unload file cabinets and bureaus, etc. The installers came today: incredible job, friendly, helpful, checked with me when moving furniture back. Offered to help with some things they hadn't moved. A-one service. Highly recommend these folks!

When we moved to San Antonio, we had quite the fixer upper on our hands so new flooring was a must. After visiting the store and taking home samples, we were able to choose the right product. Jeff gave us great advice on choosing something that would be durable, easy to clean, and would last a long time with our growing family. We are so happy with the finished product! The whole experience was easy and I loved that I felt taken care of by the Green Carpet Family. Thank you!

We have dealt with Jeff and Green Carpet several times, having hardwood floors and carpeting installed throughout our home. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Worst customer service ever they actually wanted me to cut my own carpet in the store if I wanted it. And then said the carpet I wanted was to far down the row so they were not going to help me out. Stay away from this company! !

I am very unhappy with the two people that came to my house to clean my carpets. Very unprofessional. Plus it's been 26 hours and my carpets are still damp. I would never, ever do business with this company again. I see some of the reviews were very good, I'm wondering if they are fake.

Jenny is always super helpful and very knowledgeable as far as knowing what type of materials should be installed for different types of projects. We have used Green Carpet for both our residential and commercial properties!

Leo and Jeff are great at customer service. Had my floors done by them and when I needed something followed up after the sale, they were on it! Plus, the guys who do the job are hard working, attentive to detail and trustworthy.

It seemed alright as first, but when we set the appointment to have someone come to the house for measurements for the new carpeting, we still had no idea how much the job was going to cost.

Went with the lowest quote on comparable products and got what I paid for - similar product with cut rate service and installation.

Everyone is so helpful and nice! I love working with them. They have a great variety of products and don't try to pressure me into buying anything I'm not interested in. This is the second time I've used them and will continue to in the future!
