I am really very grateful to Ravi Jain and Zaid Haddad. They really did very hard job for issueing our post graduation work permit which was unbelievable. Definitely disappointed with my experience with Green & Spiegal. Shoshana provided helpful information, but only after following up with her multiple times. I never got responses unless I followed up. And when I was ready to start working with her, she never answered my emails or phone calls. It's been over 3 months and I still never heard anything more from her. Glad I took my business elsewhere because she was charging a lot more for a lot less service. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for an immigration lawyer.

We have just used Green and Spiegel to help us with our immigration from the UK to Canada. Specifically they (Ravi Jain and Neerja Saini) helped with the complexity of immigrating during the fast moving travel and border regulations caused by Covid-19.

Before engaging with Ravi we were filled with uncertainty of if we would be allowed to fly and if the border agents would let us in. What actually happened when we got to the border (in Vancouver airport) was the border agents looked at my wife and said "You must be the doctor we're expecting". This was the absolute best way we could have been greeted in Canada - all due to Ravi speaking to them and explaining our circumstances before we arrived.

These people cheated me of 3000 CAD. I was told that they are processing my case without even providing me with valid receipts. After a year of disappointments and failure in bringing a care giver for our two very challenged sons we were lucky to be referred to Ravi Jain, a partner in Green and Spiegel LLP law firm.
Today, a week before our care giver comes to Canada I can look back and speak about not only the professional knowledge and ability of Ravi Jain who is an outstanding lawyer that was able to solve the desperate situation we found ourselves in for the last 11 months.

After being denied a TRV for my Thai wife, I decided I would contact an immigration lawyer in Canada to get an opinion on how to proceed. I did my due diligence online and Ravi Jain's name kept popping up. I scheduled an online interview with Ravi and I was very impressed with his opinion on why the TRV was refused as well as his recommendation that we proceed with a Spousal Sponsorship leading to Permanent Residence. Ravi stated our chances of success were 95% and that he would represent us in immigration court if we were refused.

I have worked with Ravi Jain for the past 3-4 years on various immigration needs. First, my work permit in Canada when I relocated from the States, then, permanent residence for my family and I in Canada followed by two grandparent visa applications from my mother.
