Their agent in GA has been great to us, we're seeing higher $/mi in the last few months.

Have nver had issues keeping my trucks moving with greatwides help. They even advanced me funds when my trailer had a blowout to get a new tire.

Absolute bottom of the barrel here. Brokers and carriers with customer freight beware!!! They will book your available loads, and double broker your freight to other carriers! Some of these agents aren't even based in the USA. They go by the name Mission Trans too!

Good company to work for. I have been with Greatwide for 8+ years as an agent and just like any large agent based company you have good and bad agents and good and bad drivers. Some agents have managed to harm the name with their practices but it should not be a reflection on the ones that don't. Greatwide provides a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to successfully build a business with great back office support.

NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! Corrie Bradshaw is unprofessional and disrespectful! She promised to pay detention/layover for the driver who waited since 1pm (rate confirmation said FCFS 1pm-6PM but his actual appt was at 23:00 per shipper) and he got loaded next morning at 2 am. Corrie Bradshaw rejected to pay detention and she never transferred me to her manager (she was off every time I called). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DON"T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR HELPING THIS PEOPLE TO MOVE THEIR FREIGHTS!!!

Disgusting broker who does not pay detention ! I twice took the loads and twice lost the day and paid for it they did not want. Truckers and companies please be careful with this guys !!!

we ordered a HMMVE through GovPlanet. Greatwide Cheetah transported the vehicle from California to Colorado in sub zero temps and winter weather. They arrived earlier then expected and went above and beyond helping us unload the HMVEE. Dan and Amanda kept us informed every step of the way. Great service and great people to work with.

No No No, don t book with them if you re an owner operator. They ll try not to pay you, Greatwide thinks people will use their truck, spend their money on diesel, time and risk their life to haul their load for free. And I saw few people left good reviews, I wonder if they asked them to do that so they could scam others into booking with them. If they said their agents ruined their name, why did you use them in the first place? Why refuse to pay the carriers that have done the hard work under your name? Why not deal with their agents and make things right with the carriers and pay them! If you refuse to pay then you re as bad as the agents you hired! Don t get fooled that s all I like to say.

This guy told lies and saying nice things, promising things, but after we delivered, giving us problems and our factoring bank couldn t verify payment. This is after he wrote an email saying that we would be paid without any issues. So deceitful!! The accounting department, also very unprofessional, simply said their system was only showing 10 cent of rate con instead of $5200 that they re supposed to pay us. No I m not kidding! This is a crook company. I don t understand how they really think they could just do this scam and not gonna pay, like there s no law that will enforce them to pay and at the end cost them more. Not only they ll lose more money, have all these horrible reviews and lose their business! Don t they know to stay in the business you have to be honest, fair and treat people the way they want to be treated?
Their rate confirmation will say GreatWide American TransFreight LLC. It s the same company!

Do not work for this company nor their agents. I read reviews on this company and found out the hard way, they are not honest about load prices nor deductions if you quit. They deduct money for an escrow account weekly just so they can keep it when you quit. $101.07 occ closing fees, liability closing $25.62, $74.43 physical closing, $17.31 deductible buyback closing. I never got charge from an insurance company to cancel a policy so it's funny how supposedly they did.

CHATTANOOGA, TN Don t waste your time dealing with these people. They told me and the driver I hired that we were gonna run a specific lane when I leased on to them. When I started working with them they pulled the bait and switch move on me. Their recruiter David Kuzka told me that I would be getting 75 percent of the load instead it was 70 percent before deductions. I was hauling a carrier name BWY Transportation loads instead of greatwide loads, they refused to be transparent with the numbers, Nicole in HR is a pain to deal with, she doesn t take any accountability for her mistakes, didn t mail me
my paycard and try to blame me and tell everyone she mailed to me. Extremely Shiftless person. Dispatch sent my driver 3 hrs to pick up a load that wasn t gonna be ready til 3/1/21. They also play the blame game with each other. Unless you want you re time wasted, deal with someone in safety that can t complete tasks and be lied too don t come to greatwide.

Did a load for Greatwide Truckload Management agent in the name of Mission Transport brokers name is Scott Shevchuk . Company agents physical location is 2204 McFarland 400 Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30004 US dot No. 3100466. Driver arrived at shipper and was turned away shipper saying our trailer was not 102 inches across and this was not true my driver measured and I also measured other trailers in our yard and all were 102 inches across. I called the broker right away and informed them regarding the issue and also told him that there would be a charge for TONU and was denied after email back and forth. DO NOT TRUST GREATWIDE OR THEIR AGENTS MISSION TRANSPORT LLC. I will never do business with them.

Didn't pay TONU for canceling the load, even the driver was at the pick up.

Worst company, be ready to get there and they will tell you that your load never existed and will not pay you 1$ for your time or deadhead.

Payment Problems.
Clean BOL 60 days no payment. Explanation is poor: they sent a check to me but not to factoring who billed them. Well its not OK. Spent money on fuel, wasted half a day in the port, had no paperwork to deliver in the port and now I have to waste time to get this payment redirected..
Dont go there!

Avoid this broker. Apparently they don't pay detention because it's FCFS. My driver lost all his time at their shipper and we were promised detention but of course, they found a way to screw over the carrier in the end. Avoid this company and definitely avoid working with DANIELLE ROGERS! SHE IS A LIAR!!

They had us to stay at the shipper and then cancelling the load without paying any TONU. When calling they just hang up on you. Poor Quality!!!

Canceled the load when Driver arrived at the shipper. Refuse to Pay TONU Unprofessional behavior and very poor Management. If you see this company again, avoid it and save yourself some time and Money!

Greatwide is refusing to pay out a TONU because "the customer hasn't paid us yet". Whose responsibility is it to compensate an owner-operator for not being able to get loaded at a shipper? The shippers responsibility? The broker? Neither parties are taking responsibility in this situation which leaves the driver of the truck eating 100% of everybody's inefficiencies. The burden of the inefficiencies of this industry are laid at the feet of the person holding the steering wheel. The driver is doing the work that is getting us all (broker/carrier) paid. But somehow when there's a mistake on the end of the customer or broker, the owner-operator is who pays the cost.

Terrible payment practices. Hauled a load from Charlotte, NC to Valparaiso, IN for $3,000 Signed up for quickpay at 2% Net 5 day. Submitted our paperwork on May 4, 2018 at 8:58 am cst. Called to check status on May 11, 2018 (7 days) spoke to a rude woman who informed me it would go out on Monday, May 14, 2018. I told her that was beyond the 5 days that I signed up for on their quickpay option. She said "Oh well, Monday it is". Still no payment, so I called back on May 17, 2018 and spoke with Marlene, who checked the status of the payment. She said "Sorry, I will refund your 2% quickpay fee & I'll mail the check out today." As of Monday, May 21, 2018 still no payment, so I called back and got Marlene again. Told her still no payment. She told me that the original check went out on May 14, 2018 and the reimbursement for the 2% quickpay fee check went out on Thursday, May 17, 2018 and that there was nothing she could do about the "missing" checks until 10 business days and then said to call her back next Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
If you don't mind not getting paid in a timely fashion....then this is the broker for you!

Brad baker is a broker from here and promised my driver detention/layover after HE made the mistake and put 10Am for delivery when really it was 10PM on a FRIDAY. Did not compensate the driver at all. And stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT WORK WITH BRAD BAKER

Horrible horrible company DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WE HAD A LOAD TAKEN FROM US 4 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK UP BY LISA STOKES BECAUSE SHE FOUND ANOTHER DRIVER THAT WOULD TAKE THE LOAD FOR CHEAPER WE LOST OUT ON GAS AND A $4000 LOAD. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REACH OUT TO UPPER MANAGMENT BUT THEY WERE ALL UNHELPFUL. THIS COMPANY MAKES THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY LOOK BAD AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

If i can give them -5 stars i would. Worst company to ever work with. Sold me a load with an open apt from 10am-10:30pm. Driver shows up at 7am only to find out that the apt for unloading is for 10:30PM and they will not unload earlier. Trying to get a lay over from them or detention is harder then anything. Their dispatch Cory is of no help at all. For 5 hours trying to get a call back and nothing. I constantly need to be the one calling. Finally i get an answer they they only approving me for $50 for the entire day of waiting.

Greatwide Truckload Management is a great place to work! I gained a 2nd family working at GWTM the last 7 years!!

We completed load for them 75 days ago and still didn't get paid. Broker Chuck refuses to release the payment and their accounts payable says that only he can release it.

I m a independent owner operator. Over the course of a year I have never been stiffed or slow paid by greatwide. As a 1 truck person reviewing a huge corporation I can t say anything bad about them. I work a lot with there agent in Dallas TX area. Always treated fairly, paid on time, and treated with respect.

Garbage company, same service you get from trash like Landstar. Thousands of trucks and a total of zero people in the office who know what they are doing.

One of their unprofessional drivers operating truck # D42768 was passing on my left with his right turn signal on, he started coming over with 3 feet of his trailer still beside my truck. I was forced to drive on the shoulder to prevent an accident. I called the office and was told to call the state police. No one was interested in speaking to me and the operator would not even take my # to have someone call me back. When I passed the driver and blew the air horn and motioned to say what the hell, he proceeded to try to pass again and 3 times swerved his trailer at my rig. Watch out for this unprofessional company that has no concern for a dangerous driver that they employ.

first time they told us that we got charged for late pick up, after i was proved that we pick the load up after 2 h from when we book it they told us that we got charged for not using macropoint, but the broker and on the rate conf its not saying nothing about macropoit, plus they wasnt send us a request for macropoint on the drivers cell phones like other brokers are doing it...
now they are saying us that we got charged for early delivery, when i was boking this load i told brithany that i got a team there and we will be delivering the load next day, she said its fine, they are working 24/7 paper rolls not a big deal... on the rate conf its says open windows from 2 pm to 11 pm, and we was delivering this one at 10 am, thats why they charge us 700$...
thats the way greatwide cheetah transportation its doing the bussiness...
