A wonderful trip to the US in June 2019. made. Run smoothly as well as the trip to Canada in June 2018. Excellent organized by Greatlakes Travel. Recommended!!

I can only say 1 thing. This company provides no added value when it comes to solving problems for you while you are on vacation. We had problems with the rental company Cruise America. We immediately called Greatlakes. They went to work. We heard nothing. Pay attention! You are on vacation. You want everything to go well and that you have the feeling that someone arranges this for you. We have emailed repeatedly. No answer. Ultimately, you will receive an email from Greatlakes that you have to address the matters yourself and that they cannot do anything for you. Very strange thing if you rent and pay the camper through them ??? Why would you rent the camper from them ????? My tip. Rent directly from the rental company. If problems arise then you can address it directly. Because Greatlakes as an intermediary does nothing for you. But you will receive money from the rental. Bad company. No service at all and you have to wait weeks for an answer to your email. I would have preferred to have given half a star, but that will not work.

For a great travel experience you have to be there!

I am not satisfied with this company and why,
During our vacation there have been many problems with cruise america, camper bad, no new camper, many damages, technical problems and they say 24 hours service, but you have to drive 80 miles further for a service point. If you don't have extra insurance, you have to pay a lot of money in the event of damage. You will not receive any information about this earlier. GreatLakes-Travel simply means that you have to be at Cruise America yourself in case of problems. Personally I think this is very bad service !! Communication too bad! Never again through this company! As proof I have video and photos of this.

Have already made several trips through America with a camper from Cruise America a technically good camper and in Canada and Alaska a TCA camper from Canada Dream that has already brought us over
These trips are a recommendation for what a splendor and what a wonderful trek through nature is well arranged
