Excellent design products, great attention to the customer

It is impossible not to own at least one piece of Kartell furniture. Wide choice at affordable prices. Not to be missed! @ gargio76

I actually give a low rating because I don't like the product line. The place cmq is in order and the staff courteous.

Beautiful products, bad assistance and quality. We had 2 problems with 2 chandeliers, the first time replaced in warranty but with our cost per installation. The second time they refuse to replace the product.

5 stars for assistance. After 4 years from the purchase I had a problem with the plugs where I installed the lamp, I had to remove it and I was shortened by the steel wire. In desperation I call the Turati store where I bought the lamps and Alessandro helps me by phone and sends me a video by mail. It really helped me. I was in a panic. Excellent assistance and kindness. Thanks again.

Empty! Walked from quite far, only to find a sofa, a few chairs and a dining table on one side and some boxes on the other! No lighting to speak of, not even a Fly or Bloom pendant light. Looks like it's closing down. Disappointing from a Kartell fan.

Today two of your installers who came to assemble a chandelier, left with our cordless hose and cordless drill, leaving us without tools to work, tools present in the apartment in via Amadeo, brought to me personally today to be able to work .
Speaking with the shop and with the two installers who were in via Amadeo we got the answer that it is not true.
How is it possible!! A drill is a battery-operated hose cannot disappear by itself, following the complaint to the carabinieri ....
