I can only say 1 thing. This company provides no added value when it comes to solving problems for you while you are on vacation. We had problems with the rental company Cruise America. We immediately called Greatlakes. They went to work. We heard nothing. Pay attention! You are on vacation. You want everything to go well and that you have the feeling that someone arranges this for you. We have emailed repeatedly. No answer. Ultimately, you will receive an email from Greatlakes that you have to address the matters yourself and that they cannot do anything for you. Very strange thing if you rent and pay the camper through them ??? Why would you rent the camper from them ????? My tip. Rent directly from the rental company. If problems arise then you can address it directly. Because Greatlakes as an intermediary does nothing for you. But you will receive money from the rental. Bad company. No service at all and you have to wait weeks for an answer to your email. I would have preferred to have given half a star, but that will not work.
