Had not been there since the remodeling was complete. The class room is great and chairs are more comfortable then before. Really enjoy taking classes there. Thank you Great Tampa Realtors association!

We are the best Realtor association and our location shows it.

I love how the day you have a listing appointment, and a motivated seller. GTR goes ahead and locks my MLS account after I spend money on my dues. This is a overpriced Zillow scam, and should learn to have better customer service. I pay my dues, and now I have to miss out on using the tools necessary to write up two contracts that can make me close to 15,000$. Get your stuff together GTR!!!!

Great staff, very helpful. Lots of reasonable educational opportunities to improve your Real Estate career.

GTAR is worse than the government! The fees and penalties are outrageous. Paid over $1200 to reactivate MLS and I m still waiting a for over a week for them to flip the switch to reactivate. And this isn t the first time this has happened....last time it took them a week and a half after numerous calls to hound them! Hey GTAR are you hiring?....I m excellent at being lazy and not caring also.

I love to be part this great association of Realtors.

If you have a complaint against your listing agent...you might as well not submit a formal complaint...just stick your head out the window and complain...same outcome.

Very clean business, the employees are extremely nice and knowledgable. They'll likely be able any question you may have. Was in and out in less than 30 (including wait time).

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors hosts education programs for Realtors who are driven to be the most valuable resource to the communities they serve. I've earned my GRI designation by enrolling in courses with rigorous curriculum in order to be one of the Best Realtors in Tampa.

Now that I have my real estate license, and knowing Grater Tampa Relatores, I understand the power of this industry, only choose a Relator, not just somebody with a real estate license, GTR is a very strong and resourceful organization, I mean it from all my heart

Fantastic organization. Continuing education available almost daily and GTAR offers wonderful support to Realtors.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. If I need a lockbox or have a tech question I will always get or find whatever I need.

Holy WOW!! As an agent who came to GTAR from another association I have continued to be blown away by how amazing GTAR is! I have practiced real estate in two states. The greater Tampa Realtors has the best education. Their staff is tremendous. I love taking my classes there. Many of the classes are online but going there gives me a break and I get to see smiling faces and such a wonderful service. Thanks guys!

In the back of some building. REALLY weird space. I would think that GTAR would have a MUCH nicer and larger space with the size of that market!

Extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to every time. I've never had bad customer service and they really try to help you in any way they can.

The source for all Real Estate questions and answers in Hilsborough County. Great staff, experienced and very helpful. With nearly 12,000 Realtors there is no reason why you can't find an advocate to protect your financial interests when buying or selling real estate.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have not been working and felt behind on paying my 2020 dues, I simply requested for them to waive the late fee but was simply told No. not even during this difficult time when all companies are doing their part to help those in need GTR is unwilling to waive a simple late fee.

Unfortunately, there is no leeway in the interpretation in our bylaws/policy I am very sorry, but there is nothing we can do
I hope they change policies and provide better service to the realtors in our communities.

REALTORS Association Where you find great Realtors.

Sent Sara and email on a possible Ethics violation and My email has been total ignored. I will be seeking and attorney since several Real-estate agents said it was a total violation of section 2 of ethics . The problem is the member belongs to this board in Tampa and that s why I am being ignored .
