I have never dealt with an organization that was so unnecessarily complicated and disorganized. I give credit to Audia in HR who actually seems to try but the Director Derrick Warren was very condescending and seemed unable to mitigate community concerns without becoming defensive and uncooperative. I plan to help the Englewood community grow but there has to be some serious attention paid to how this organization is ran in order for real change to happen.
