Paid not a lot. Friendly fast service, the dog is happy.

Upon arrival the staff members greeted my dog and I. When I was finished with the paperwork the doctor and the nurses gave me a lot of information to put my "first dog owner mind" at ease. They assured me that I would be contacted right away if anything changed or had gone wrong. The open communication made it a lot easier. They took amazing care of my dog and gave me aftercare instructions as well as information on what different types of teeth strengthening techniques to use. Overall this experience was 10/10.

The prices are cut in half compared to other dental services at vets! The "middle man" is cut out while providing great quality! Service is very affordable and done with complete care of your pet.

I will never take my dog there again. About 1 month ago I took my dog in because I noticed what I thought was a hernia. Dr. Diagnosed it as a hernia said he he didn't have a surgery date open until December 12. I voiced my concerns waiting that long and he told me it wasn't that serious, he wasn't worried. They put me on a cancellation list in the meantime. Last Wednesday they called and said they had a cancellation and could do his surgery on Thursday. We dropped him off at 9 and around Noon I hadn't heard from them so I called to check on him. They told me they were running behind that they hadn't started on him, and would within the hour. At around 1:30 they called and said he was out and everything went great and asked me to pick him up at 4 instead of 3 to give him more time to recover. It was 3:55 I was almost pulling in the parking lot of Vet and they called me back telling me they made a mistake and had the wrong dog. They just put my dog to sleep to start surgery and she told me the Dr. Can't find the hernia. So I come in and they take me into the surgery room and The Dr. Asked me what side it was on, I asked him didn't you write it in his chart? He answered "unfortunately I didn't." Well I'm now flustered and very upset and can't say for sure. So here we are my dog is under and I paid for an appointment for a diagnosis and he had no clue where to go in. The Dr. Tells the assistant to wake my dog up, and we will do it another day when I locate it! So I'm beyond upset, they wake my dog and send me straight home with him. As soon as I got him home we flipped him over and found the hernia. This place is very unprofessional and not organized! When they mess up they will not make it right with you! Paying less is not the way to go, and for sure not when it's a member of your family!

This is in response to what they wrote about my review......they are out right lying about me talking badly to other customers in the waiting room, never happened. Second I never used bad language with anyone and when I checked out there was no one in the waiting room but me and the girl checking me out. I did tell the girl on the phone I would give bad reviews because I was never happy with what happened! She explained to me putting a dog to sleep is no big deal, which is false! You never put a dog to sleep more then needed. The fact that you think you did me a favor by not charging me for Thursday blows my mind! I paid for an appointment for a diagnosis a month prior and he didn't write it in the chart! I was never happy with this situation, we simply waited a month for this surgery and decided we didn't want to start the process all over again and get it done. I sat in the waiting room because of my distrust after what happened. Never said one bad thing to anyone, do I think you should of given me a discount instead of charging on the high side on my estimate, yes I do! You put my dog through way more then he should have had to go through! Yet you have to lie on top of it, not to mention your surgery room was completely unsanitary and the Dr. Was doing surgery with the door wide open!

You didn't charge me for Thursday because it was your mistake, and you're right I expected a discount after what you put us through, and from your reviews it's not the first time it's happened.

Reasonable, and Great customer service to your fur babies!

We took our Yorkie in for teeth cleaning. They explained that Yorkies have bad teeth and also showed me what they would be doing that day. When I picked her up I was surprised that they were able to save a lot of her teeth. They told me what they found and what to expect down the road. I couldn't thank them enough for the awesome service I received. We now use them for our permanent pet clinic for our furry kids.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff! I was looking for a Vet in the area as we moved here last summer and needed some annual checkups and shots done. They got us in quickly and took great care of my buddy. Thanks and will be back as you earned my business. Highly recommend them if you want a great vet at a really good price. One of the best finds I made in Colorado Springs!

I was extremely concerned about Olive's health, and they took her in immediately. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I felt welcomed. The took her back and treated her, and now she's back to normal and feeling better than great! I'm grateful for their service!

Cheaper than my regular vet. I took my dog in for a bite wound from another dog. They got her in same day and stitched her up and it was not as expensive as it could have been. They were very kind and sweet to my dog!!!

9/30/15 I took both my babies, mini poodle and terrier to get their teeth cleaned. The staff was beyond kind as I was a bit nervous leaving my babies (separation anxiety) but they comforted me and explained everything. I even called several times while I was at work to check up on my babies and the staff was so kind and detailed. The doctor, Dr. Eugene R Clothier, is a saint and very friendly and understanding of pet parents and is very caring of animals as well. He did an excellent job and even took out a wart on one of my dogs neck and cut both dogs nails as complimentary service. who does that? Dr. E. Clothier does, he is amazing! What an incredible and generous favor he did for me, a pet parent on a very tight budget. Great Value pet clinic is in a beautiful location, clean and spacious and they really, really care about animals and their owners very much and it is affordable. I am very grateful to their kindness, excellent veterinary care, friendly and outstanding customer service and compassion for everyone. Thank you for making it possible for everyone, even the working poor, to be able to take good care of their pets, especially with yearly dental care cleaning to help extend the life of our loving babies, our pets. Everyone was kind and professional. The facility was clean and I got in to see the Dr right on time. I highly recommend Great Value Pet Clinic and will continue to bring my pets there.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I informed the staff that my cat had temperament issues at her regular vet, and Great Value let us wait in an exam room so my cat could wander around and acclimate. They were so wonderful when approaching her slowly and explaining everything they were doing. The staff also showed me the dental equipment they were doing to use, as well as the recovery area. Every single step of the dental appointment was so, so fantastic - my cat seemed to be less stressed than she was at her regular vet, I left G.V. feeling comfortable, and my cat recovered very well. I am absolutely, more than 100% pleased with how wonderful the entire process was! I remember specifically talking with Chris and Hannah - they both understood my concerns with my cat freaking out very well, and approached her in such a way that my cat did not freak out at all. You are all wonderful!

This place was Great with our new Puppy Duke! Had to take him in for a lump on his neck. He loved seeing all of the staff and they were great with him, and very loving. Quick to schedule appointment and acomodating to schedule his surgery to have it removed.

I had a very positive experience at Great Value Pet Clinic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My dog was taken very good care of. I especially appreciated the cost of the procedures being extremely reasonable.

Absolutely fantastic. I came in for my furbaby s Dental cleaning pre appointment. Everyone on staff was so supportive and helpful. They answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process for her cleaning including pricing and recommended options. The front office was more than helpful and greeted my pup as though she had been there many times. I would highly recommend Great Value Pet Clinic to anyone who is looking for quality care for their furry loved ones.

I was super against declawing my two cats (1 year and 2 years), but my family forced me, and I started looking up the cheapest and best options to do it. I found this place at half the price of the others, which I was almost sketched out by, but the reviews convinced me. The clinic is really small from the outside, which made me a little uneasy, but as soon as I walked in, everyone was super professional and welcoming (especially Natalie). I felt a lot more comfortable and didn t doubt that my babies would be well cared for. It s been almost a week post-op, and they are already back to their normal selves and their paws haven t had any problems. Highly recommend!!

I had a very good first experience with this vet clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate, you can tell they really enjoy their job! The ones I interacted with were very sweet and helpful. I feel great bringing my dog here for his first teeth cleaning because I know he ll be taken care of!

A great place to take your animals to. Took my two Doberman Pinchers there. The vet and staff are very respectful of more aggressive breeds. They took the time to ensure to safety of other animals while we brought the dogs in and out. Besides that the vet seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward.

1st time at this clinic. Had 2 dogs checked to see if they needed their teeth cleaned. The vet said they did not but was told by another vet that they did. Trust this clinic that they are honest and won t do anything that is not needed. Prices were much cheaper than other vets. This clinic was highly recommended to me by a friend that adores her 3 dogs.

After taking my cat to a clinic for vaccines, I was told that she needed a dental which can be very extensive especially with extractions. My sister recently had her pug in for a dental and referred me. I had a great experience! Staff was very nice and walks you through all the steps. They let me go back with my cat and say goodbye. They called the next day to check on her as well. Definitely recommend. I m a pet parent on a budget so this place really helped me get the care my cat needed.

Just got back from picking my girl up from her dental cleaning and I am so pleased with my experience with Great Value Pet Clinic! Super friendly staff, extremely clean office, and their value lives up to their name. They didn t try to charge me for things that they didn t deem necessary. This clinic was quite a ways away from me, but I would recommend this clinic to anyone and plan on taking all of my animals here in the future. Thanks again, Great Value Pet Clinic! Dr Clothier and the rest of the staff are wonderful people who genuinely love animals. So happy that they were able to make space on their schedule for us one day when our previous vet couldn't get our dogs in! We were satisfied with our previous vet, but are thrilled to have found Great Value Pet Clinic.

This Place is wonderful, the Staff is very welcoming and the prices are fantastic...U can actually afford to take care of ur animal without going into debt! My dog had extractions and a dental and they were Fantastic...and so was the Price!! Worth the short drive!!!

Since moving to Colorado my husband and I, as well as my sister and her husband only take our pets here. They are always so sweet, so professional, and kind! I recommend them every chance I get. All of our pets are comfortable with them!

Absolutely amazing, they were empathetic towards my cat being scared, the Vet Techs were very friendly, and the vet seems like a very knowledgeable and kind person. So glad that even though the trip wasn't necessarily for good reasons (since my cat was sick), they still made it as easy and nice as possible :)

They have a wonderful staff! They got my dog in for a tooth extraction really fast even though they were booked up until July! He needed an emergency extraction. They did such a wonderful job. Plus it was hundreds of dollars cheaper.

I brought Ricky Nelson to the Great Value Pet Clinic to have his teeth cleaned. . What a wonderful experience. They took time with me to explain everything that was going to happen. The tech Whose name is Chris was great I had absolutely no worries when I dropped him off. Then when I went to pick him up. The office manager Candy Helped me. Come to a financial agreement that was good for me. I will probably continue to use great value for all my veterinarian needs. It was overall a Great day..

From the moment I arrived my pet recieved great care with love. The pet check up was affordable and the veterinarian gave me multiple options to care for my pet. I ended up spending 75% less than I expected based upon my visit at other vet clinics. The humane society recommended them to me and I could not have been more please. The staff I cannot praise enough, but this will be the clinic I go to for all 8 of my animals.

Excellent experience. Our maltese mix had her teeth cleaned at Great Value Pet Clinic yesterday and they did a wonderful job. The staff was extremely friendly and explained the whole process to us while we were there. They called to update and let us know all went well (which was a great relief because there is always a risk when a pet goes under anesthesia). We will definitely use them again when our other dog needs his teeth cleaned and when she needs her teeth cleaned again in the future.

They are great. I drive all the way from Old Colorado City just to go here. About 30-40min drive. I will drive to get wonderful Vet care for my 4 dogs.

I would never take your dog to these people!!!! They have no compassion for you or your dog. I took my senior dog Kiwi in for an ear treatment, and they were SO ROUGH with her.they knew she had cervical spine nerve issues leading into her right shoulder, and weak collapsing treachea issues. They totally disregarded these issues while handling her. When she was given back to us her bad shoulder had some how slipped through her front part of the harness leaving her bad shoulder impinged, and she was snotting with a severe running nose and wasn't breathing right. Three days later and she is still not breathing right. She never had this issue before I took her in. Then when I asked for them to help correct what they did they wanted to charge me to bring her back in. and then when I got upset at the charge they hung up on me. That was so uncalled for and unprofessional. I highly suggest you taking your dogs to Black Forest Veternary Clinic instead. They are very great and kind and caring over there. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!! please for the health of your dog do not take them here. I am so upset and pretty discusted at how.i was treated and my dog. She is still not breathing right and has been slightly limping on her right bad shoulder. I would rather wait to take her to Black Forest Vet then back to these people EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
