Everything was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I informed the staff that my cat had temperament issues at her regular vet, and Great Value let us wait in an exam room so my cat could wander around and acclimate. They were so wonderful when approaching her slowly and explaining everything they were doing. The staff also showed me the dental equipment they were doing to use, as well as the recovery area. Every single step of the dental appointment was so, so fantastic - my cat seemed to be less stressed than she was at her regular vet, I left G.V. feeling comfortable, and my cat recovered very well. I am absolutely, more than 100% pleased with how wonderful the entire process was! I remember specifically talking with Chris and Hannah - they both understood my concerns with my cat freaking out very well, and approached her in such a way that my cat did not freak out at all. You are all wonderful!
