Great lead up, terrible follow through. Checked in 15 minutes early. Text message asked a question I responded with the make and model of my vehicle. (There were two other cars in the parking lot.) Staff bring the other two patrons their pets. As my pup and I sit there for 30 minutes without a word from anyone. I send another text message, it was met with silence. My mobile rings, it's GNVC, asking if I was coming to my pets appointment. I respond I checked in 30 minutes ago. I was told oh sorry we will get right to you. Mind you NO cars are in the parking lot after they dropped of the last two pet as I sat there. 20 minutes later I decided enough was enough. I started my car and as i'm pulling out they called. I shared how disappointed I was and that I was leaving. Was basically told the same thing well if you wait I'll come right out. This time I passed. Phone was disconnected. I have not heard a peep from GNVC. I'll be looking for a new vet. Thanks for outstanding treatment.
