Reception staff were very polite! however the vets were not! The vet couldn't understand what I was saying as she spoke very broken English. She went to get another vet but he spoke broken English as well! Regarding the pet I took (cat) More

Knox and Devlin are a good, kind and caring Vets. They work well as a team. Through acting swiftly and persevering they identified my cats health problem. This has given him a chance which he wouldn't otherwise have had. I am very grateful.
If you are looking for a friendly caring Veterinary Surgery i would say look elsewhere. Staff couldn't crack a smile, had to wait normally ages even when the surgery is empty. No urgency to provide any sort of good service to you or your pet. I was warned that several people with pets had terrible outcomes meaning death related to Knox and Devlin.
Super friendly, caring and kind staff. They have been very patient with my being over-concerned and always take the time to listen and make me feel understood as an owner. They've handled COVID really well, very glad we're registered here.
Steve the vet was extremely helpful with my dogs aggressive behaviour, at the time I thought I would have to put him down.
Dragos came out on an emergency call for our injured turkey. He was incredibly caring and professional. His aftercare has also been excellent. I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended.

These vets were amazing. We were on holiday on a canal boat when our 9 year old collie was seriously ill. They saw us immediately and treated her.
When we got there she was quite literally at death's door. 24 hrs later she is well on the road to recovery.
From the receptionists to the vet staff I can not praise them highly enough. What ever the outcome had been my views of them as a practice would remain the same

Have had my dogs registered here for 12 years. Luckily they have been reasonably healthy. Today my boy had to go and saw a calm, informative and compassionate vet who could not have been kinder. The reception staff were understanding and caring. Would recommend to anyone, I have always had good care for my dogs from the staff here.
