We particularly liked the NASA portion of the museum, with excellent exhibits including an actual space capsule. The exhibit seems to benefit from the connection of John Glenn, who is from Ohio. We also enjoyed being able to tour The Great Lakes commodity carrying ship, tied up at a pier outside the museum. That was unique!

Was great took my 2 year old and 4 year old on the 4 year olds birthday and they enjoyed everything and without asking the staff brought out my 4 year old a present because she was wearing her birthday girl shirt. All the staff was great.

Very expensive for something so small that doesn't get updated. (Think with parking was 57$ for 2 adults and a 6 year old) Many things were broken- what a disappointment...and a bunch of great things they used to have they got rid of. Very disappointing. The kids area with play balls smelled of throw up, and the ball shooter did not work. Employees stand around and just stare at you-akward... I wouldnt go back, not unless the ticket price went down. I was so mad that mostly everything was broken on the displays.

Decent price of admission, loved the nasa exhibit, my husband enjoyed the interactive science section usually those are more geared towards kids but they were neat enough for us to enjoy as well. We happened to be hear during the body worlds exhibit which was really cool. Nice gift shop. Lots of places to wash hands or get hand sanitizer

We had such a great time with so much to do. We spent over 5 hours here and could have spent more time but they were closing. We enjoyed it better then the imagination station. More things to do and touch for children of all ages.

Entertainment and education combined in a wonderful way. I felt the price was fair for how wonderful the place was. Interesting things in the gift shop, broad variety of displays that are top notch. Lots of hands on stuff for kids.

Took my three kids and two neices, ages 3 1/2, 5, 8, 8, and 11, and it was fantastic! We did everything from the legos to the little kids area, and walked through the ship. We brought our own lunch and water bottles, but the food court was clean and they had lots of vending machines, lockers, and nice bathrooms.
The little kid section had an out door area with what looked like a water activity so you may want to bring a change of clothes or do that last.

Hold off on your trip. This place is not coping well during the pandemic. Many rooms and attractions are closed or off-limits. Displays that are available are often broken, not working, or missing parts. We were really sad to see the state of disrepair the museum is in. Hopefully when things get better, so will the museum. Have many happy memories here

Good for kids of all ages (my 3 & 1 year old have a blast), and I look forward to years ahead with them. The worst part is the layout of the floors, and while I'm not a germophobe, you will want to bring some alcohol wipes with you if you are.

Always fun for the whole family. I truly enjoy watching the look on kids faces when they see something truly spectacular! Like the after image effect room. Or any of 100 different exhibits. I truly love their NASA exhibit, As it has models of the old apollo mission capsules!

I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Had some cool things to see but all in all a complete waist of almost 100 bucks. A whole floor was blocked off but charged the same price. The movie that played tho was awesome in that dome. Not worth 92$ tho. Fam of 5.

This place has a lot to offer, I felt like a kid and I started playing with everything. We really enjoyed our time here. It took us around 2 hours and a half to eat in the cafeteria and walk around with trying and playing in almost everything two missing stars because I wish it was bigger and I hope they try to improve the center more. I would be happier if they made it cheaper . Oh by the way if you re a student show them the student ID.

HORRIBLE SUMMER CAMP EXPERIENCE - WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I paid $535 to send two kids to a one-week Gr. 6-8 Aerospace Summer Camp, and they didn't do a single activity that was advertised in the flyer/ website. They were supposed to learn about the principles of flight, design and build their own aircraft, and then test it in a wind tunnel. The program description also included a field trip to Burke Lakefront Airport to use the flight simulators.

As it turns out, the wind tunnel broke months ago, so they couldn't make and test planes. Instead, the GLSC staff followed a different program for that week, without notifying the parents of the change. They also canceled the field trip to Burke Lakefront without any explanation or justification.

I contacted GLSC several times that week to express my concerns. This was FALSE ADVERTISING and HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE. They admitted the mistake and offered a moderately sincere apology, but otherwise implied that it wasn't a big deal ... that the science curriculum didn't matter ... that I should have been satisfied with the child care services alone (for $535, no less. Our child care alternative, by the way, would have been $200). I requested a partial refund 3 weeks ago, and there has been no follow-up.

By analogy, what if you bought a $250 tix to "Hamilton", drove to Playhouse Square, sat down in the theater, watched the curtain unfold, and then the cast from the "Sound of Music" came out? Yes, Playhouse Square provided a "service". Yes, you got to see a play. But would you have paid $250 to see the "Sound of Music"? Heck no! Did you have the opportunity to cancel your tix before learning of the mistake? Heck no! Would a responsible and reputable business treat customers this way? Heck no!

So my advice to everyone out there - especially the STEM-enthusiast families - DON'T GAMBLE ON GLSC SCIENCE CAMPS. The quality isn't what it used to be, but the prices keep skyrockeing. Profits are a higher priority than quality science education.

I m from out of town and the website does not tell us that the center is closed every time there is a home game with the Browns. We drove an hour just to go there and we re disappointed to find it closed. Please fix this, I would hate for others to make the same mistake I did.

Has something for all ages. My toddlers, 11 year old, my wife and I all had a good time. The kids play room was nice to let the kids loose to play and run around. Lots of fun science stuff to learn about. Things get changed around with new stuff every so often to entice locals to return.

Awsome

Went there with my fiance and 2 young boys (4 and 20mo), and we had a blast! So much to do for the entire family, though there wasn't a lot for my 20mo to do. But we will definitely be back once he's a little older! Bummed the cafe wasn't open (at all on a friday) but we didn't let that ruin our day. We didn't go there for the food haha! Our favorite things were the shadow room, car racing, and the car you can work on! Such a blast

Is a wonderful family experiance. Would give it a better rating if they took better care of their exhibits. A fourth of them were broken or barely working, and look like they have been for a while.

We have been a few times with out kids at different ages. We have never been impressed. The play area for 2-5ish year olds is ok, but our kids love science and this museum is a let down. COSI is worth the drive, not this
