Was disappointed I am a new to Honda and required some parts help I was told that they require a vin number to look up parts when I called back at 20 minutes to 5 I was on hold for 10 min in the end there was no response from parts man at all receptionist was pleasant but could not help Website said open 9am to 8pm
Frank was awesome. He knew what we wanted and we drove away with a brand new CR V. Also, when we had to get our regular oil change done, the Service department was quick and we got back our vehicle within an hour. We have had two leased vehicles from this dealership, and will continue to do so in the future.

Very good service, usually, but not always enough staff to look after you without a lengthy wait at times. If they made a full sized truck I would no doubt buy one! It's pretty hard to go wrong selling a product like Honda as long as the dealer is on the ball.

I recently had my car detailed there, and I have been using this service for over 30 years, in four different provinces. THIS is the best detailing place I HAVE ever used, bar NONE! Terrific Dealership. VERY nice people...the owners are personable and truly interested in their customers satisfaction. The staff, everyone from the general manager Benjamin, to Gord the business manager, to the courtesy drivers are AWESOME. Although the Cars, (Honda) are GREAT (as are MOST brand new cars) ...it is the service and attention to detail that is without rival in northern Ontario. And lets face it...when you buy a new car...isn't SERVICE what it is all about after you drive away???

This review is long overdue. I bought a car here in August of 2017 and have been meaning to post a review since. I had a couple of really minor issues with my new-to-me 2013 Crosstour, and the staff here were incredible. They resolved my problems so quickly and the customer service was amazing. The entire staff here is friendly, and they are always available to help you out. I have had 4 vehicles prior to my Honda (with other dealerships) and have never had such awesome service. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Honda. The only regret I have is not getting a Honda sooner - I have never loved a vehicle so much.!

Best service !!! We were on the Trans Canada Highway from Banff and must have had a repair. They were super warm, welcoming and friendly! They even allowed us to sleep in our car in which there is a bed at night, time to receive the room, offered to take a shower while we waited, gave us M. freeze to refresh us after a hot day. All team members are very courteous, open, empathetic and cheerful! A big thank you to the owner who came to greet us, to Siobhan and to the technician. Their little touches made all the difference!

Nothing but the best from this dealership. Recently switched from Hyundai World Cars, and wow, what a difference in the quality of customer service. These guys actually care about their customers and less about nickle and diming them. If you're considering getting a car, choose Honda Great Lakes. Stay away from World Cars, you pay a little less for the vehicle but it's not worth the price you'll pay for poor engineering and horrible customer service. So glad I made the right choice.
A very nice place to deal with. The staff are friendly, helpful and most accommodating. I have purchased a marine engine and a car in the last two years. They are also very community friendly in offering the use of their facilities to various community groups. They really take good care of their customers.
