I have always owned a Honda. Jason Gloekler was the reason why I made the switch. I have never met a salesman who is as dedicated to his profession as Jason is. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and calming! And it doesnt end once you purchase a vehicle from him. His dedication and commitment to not just me, but all of his customers is irrefutable! Thank you Jason for all you do!

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Armada for my mom today and Dean made the process so incredibly easy for me! He sent me the credit application via email and after emailing it back to him, I was immediately approved within minutes! We drove out to get the car just a couple hours later and by the end of the day, the car was parked in my mom s driveway. Dean was incredibly helpful and responsive at all times. Never have I ever had such a convenient car buying experience! Thank you so much for everything, Dean!!I highly recommend!!

I had a bad noise on my 07 Ford focus and it was...

I had a bad noise on my 07 Ford focus and it was leaking fluid from the throwout bearing from the clutch.the clutch and flywheel were replaced by great lakes buick.after the repairs were finished by them I received a phone call from Colin butcher telling me my crankshaft had broken while they test drove it.i feel that something was assembled.incorrecly.that is why the crankshaft broke.a used engine was intstalled without paying for the labor.as soon as I picked up my car I have had nothing but problem with it.it is still making the same noise on the front end.nothing was done about.that.i found out all the fliud caps were left loose.a bolt was missing for the air filter.the filter was moving around.the check engine light came on . I took it back in for that.i was told it was the thermostat.colin told me that was the problem.i picked it up 2 days later and the next morning the check engine light was back on.i think that the light was just reset.i found out that the engine temperature sensor is bad and talked to Colin that it was bad.he told me he replaced it.there is no record of it being replaced. I will never deal with great lakes Buick again or consider buying a car from them

Sales person Jason was great he seemed to know what I was looking for made sure I was happy with my purchase showed me how everything works. He even called to see if I was still happy. I just filled up saturday and they taped a 2$bill on my gas cap for help with my fill up CLASSIE.oh finance dept did a perfejob to got me a great rate he worked hard for me also live that place when it's time for a new vehicle i hope jason is still there he is my go to sales man

At first seemed would work with me and we could make a deal.
However....as a few days went on...very stubborn.
Wanted HIGH dollar for their Toyota truck and LOWEST price for my traded.

KBB, Black Book and NADA.... said trucks were within literally...a few hundred dollars of each other in value.
It was in their favor...but no problem.
I even took my offer up to $1800.00 cash plus my truck !!!!!!
Salesman said GM wanted my truck trade and $3000.00 !!!!!
No reasoning at all. Did not make any sense.

I told them what a dealer in my area offered for my truck.
CASH offer at that.
That ended up being what they wanted to work the deal out on.
What i said a local dealer would buy it outright.
WOW

I ask if they even looked up my trade value....didn't seem to matter.
Really,really wanted their Toyota but they wouldn't budge.
Very disappointing.
Scott seemed very nice but GM had last say.
Too bad.Very sad.

Great staff with a lot of vehicles to choose from, at many different price point. Jason Gleokler was our salesman and he was outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond with his service. Highly recommend Jason and Great Lakes.

I brought my truck in to get work done to the emissions system, they completed the work when they said they would, the next day an issue came up and the check engine light came on again, they took my truck in immediately and found the cause, and fixed it. All was good with my experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has any issues with their vehicles. They are very professional and do excellent work!

Traveling from Buffalo to Cleveland, my truck sudd...

Traveling from Buffalo to Cleveland, my truck suddenly broken down not far from this dealership. Frazzled and desperate I pleaded with the service manager to look at my truck as soon as possible. I was overwhelmed with the professionalism and friendly demeanor of the service manager and everyone in the service department. They were able to look at my truck within the hour, and carefully showed me all the of the mechanical problems. The labor rate is less than half of a GM dealer back in Buffalo, NY, and the estimate for repairs was ultimately thousands less. My overall experience at Great Lakes GMC Buick service department left me impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them. Five stars!

My car was making a funny noise so I called and Collin got me in the same day. He checked into my cars problem, found it to be under warranty, and got me a loaner to use while my car was getting fixed at no cost to me. Great guys and great service!!

I absolutely LOVE to bring my car here. From day one when they sold me the car they have been nothing but nice to me. Today, Jason G. went out of his way to have my car washed while I was getting a simple oil change. I love this dealership. They always send me birthday and Christmas cards
Even while I sat in the waiting room, people asked if I would like coffee or water. Just a great environment of wonderful, respectful people.

Poor customer service, and just a bad neighbor in all honesty. I was literally hung up on. I was going to pay cash on a new truck. Covid doesn t really make me want to visit a car dealership where the sales people have commission breath. Patience and listening to a potential customer always wins at the end of the day. Their loss, not mine.

I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 quattro Turbo 2.0 on March of 2011 to be exact from this dealership. I found out two years later after negotiaiting a trade-in value with a certified Audi delaership in Monroeville, PA that this vehicle was involved in an undisclosed accident. I always ask about accidents and quality of the vehicle before I buy any type of car.The dealership claimed this car was not involved in an accident and was at top condition. The price I paid was for a vehicle of this type that was not involved in any accident as per Kelly Blue Book. I proceeded to contact this dealership with my belated concern and the GM would not even talk to me directly. The salesman pulled the deal and proceeded to tell me that there was never a Carfax or vehicle history report included in the original deal. However, fessed up to the car definitely being involved in an accidednt in 2008. He put the salesman in the middle to handle me instead. He stated..."there is nothing I can do and I would not withhold this information...we don't need to sell vehicles that bad." I would have been a returing customer and am presently in the market for 2 vehicles, but I will never deal with this dealership in anyway again. I advise others to be weary of the business practices, ethics and lack of customer concern and service of Great Lakes Chevrolet.

Although I didn't end up buying a car here, I was happy with the salesman who I worked with (Jerry, I think). He was not pushy, very helpful, and patient with us even though we arrived close to quitting time. He did everything possible to earn our business. The only reason for buying elsewhere, the car I wanted sold and I found another, in the color I wanted, that was elsewhere

The day before I took my truck in I had cleaned my windows and washed my truck. When I picked it up there were water spots all over windows and truck. I had to completely re-wash the entire vehicle. When I dr op ped it off u asked for an oil change and show room clean to Collin, at the desk. He said ok as he has said in the past. Every and I mean every time I have had service done the wash job is despicable. I ask every time for a show room wash. Every time they say ok . If you check your records, we purchased brand new trucks in 2015, 2017 and now 2020. We have made the decision to service our truck elsewhere. I will not have to clean my truck after service.

It is always a pleasure working with the team at Great Lakes Auto Network. Aaron Feather went out of his way to deliver the best customer experience. When the satellite antenna went out on our vehicle, he confirmed with us that it was covered under the warranty and even made sure we weren t inconvenienced by picking our vehicle up and leaving one for us to drive while ours was being worked on. It just doesn t get any better than that! Thank you, Aaron and the GLAN service department for taking care of us!

I am very pleased with the honesty and professionalism that was exhibited with Jason Gloekler. Instantly, I felt a level of comfort when we met. He was not your "typical" salesman. The service was further exemplified with Colin when I experienced a fuse issue. Thank you to everyone. I dealt with one of the salesman Haji. Best thing I've ever done. There really was no back and forth haggling or any significant waiting time while dealing. Aaron, the finance manager I believe (?) was just as pleasant. 2 thumbs up!

Service was fine, but next time I would really appreciate if paper mats were put down on my floor mats. When service was done, my floor mats were dirty. Also would be nice if some kind of cover is put on my leather seats so the seats don't get dirty.

I Went to Great Lakes after meeting sales person Jason Gloeker at work. I told him what had happened wtih my car and he suggested that I come over and have a look. Jason was amazing from listening to my needs and wants in a car to helping me buy my car. The whole Great Lakes Sales team stayed over an hour after close to get me into a new vehicle. However, that was just the beginning the follow up by Jason has gone above and beyond my expectations. One of the best examples was when he drove over to my work to pick up my car just to get air in its tire. If you want to work with a salesperson who cares about you the customer come shop at Great Lakes GMC Buick and ask for Jason. If this tells you anything I will be back to see him for another car when this loan is paid.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Great Lakes GMC Buick. There was no warranty with this vehicle, in fact he reminded me of that before I purchased it. I experienced a few problems after I already signed the papers and drove the vehicle off the lot, I was not a happy camper let me tell you. I went into the dealership shaking mad the next day. I told my salesman what had happened and he said let me talk to the General Manager. They took care of the problems I had and then some, mind you, this vehicle had no warranty and I don't think they had any obligation what so ever to do what they did for me. These guys are great!!!!!
Oh and another thing, they have a really friendly and good service department. Make sure you have a cup of their coffee. I don't know what kind it is but it is some of the best smelling and tasting coffee I have tasted. In fact the next time I go there for service I'm going to find out what kind they use.
One more thing, I am happy as a lark sitting here typing this review for these great guys, I never imagined this would have such a happy ending. THANKS GUYS !!!!

Purchased a 2012 vehicle payed OVER book value and the last time a purchased a vehicle was 1994 . Recently divorced autistic son paying a mortgage tried to get a deal with 1,000 off the 13,000 price and as hard as Dustin tried the owner would not budge unless he took away the AWESOME 30 DAY warranty and 1,000 miles . So I just got my bank loan and car and left . Dustin is a really cool guy . No deal no budging for single mother . I love the car. Took all the stickers off it . Would recommend only cause they're the only dealer and I had No money down .
