I loved the job and the teachers I met. Management is horrid and VERY unprofessional. Was doing 2 people's job for months and was talked bad about by my supervisors daily. They would leave demeaning notes with swear words. I was fired because of lies by lower management.
My Mom works here she gets paid well but I don't like that she works late so 4 stars.

Worked there for a year or so. It's a decent job. Tend to be chaotic near the Detroit area. Clients can be overwhelming and staff can be lazy, but overall the job gets done and ppl are respectful.
This company keep posting that they are hiring people but the funny part its it i been try to get a job with them for a long time and they never call me or nothing ! I call there and someone that i dont remember her name tell me she will give my info to holland area and guess what ? Im still waiting for that so do wasted your time to apply in here have a nice day
It's a great cleaning company. The staff is so nice hard working and honest here. If every need cleaning services I will call them. I cannot wait to start working here. I am so excited.
I applied to work for this company, and once it came to background checks etc, (the hiring-in process) the recruiting manager asked me to send pictures of my personal information to her personal phone number, even though we were communicating via email the entire time. I sent my info trusting her as I thought I could since she s a recruiting manager and I should be able to trust a professional manager right? Well come to find out she gave me the wrong phone number and completely compromised my identity. When I let her know, she responded oh no! I m so sorry! You can just email them through here! I didn t respond for an hour since I was terrified trying to figure out what to do since this has never happened to me before, then emailed me again asking me to send it through TEXT!! I responded saying I was incredibly uncomfortable sending her anymore of my information via technology since she just compromised my identity, she acknowledged that and said I could bring it into the building to her. I didn t bring my info in because I no longer trust that woman with anything. Ever since then, (February 3) I have been trying to get in contact with her supervisor, I called every single day and they kept telling me he was busy and took my name and number down or transferred me to his line and I left multiple voicemails. He never got back to me, and then again today I tried calling and was told her supervisor is actually HR? Strange how it suddenly changed when I ve been leaving voicemails or messages daily for her male supervisor that doesn t exist? But the lady I spoke to (HR) told me she didn t have time to speak to me because she was busy answering phones for the receptionist that was on lunch apparently. Asked me to call back and instead I decided to leave this review everywhere I possibly can. If it s been taking them over a week to speak to me about the situation, and failed to give me the correct information to contact her supervisor shows me how unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful, and uncaring this company is about their potential employees. The fact that the recruiting manager of GRBS compromised my identity, and just said oops so sorry and no longer contacted me after that is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. Nobody from this company has bothered to contact or speak to me about this situation at all since their recruiting manager messed up, they have not offered to pay for identity protection for me or make up for it or help me in anyway whatsoever. Their lack of communication when their top employees fail, lack of value, professionalism, and respect for potential employees is so embarrassing. Please do not trust this company or believe what they say about value, respect, and trust. I have never ever been treated like this by a company nor thought I would ever have to deal with a recruiting manager that s worked there over 3 years compromising my identity and doing nothing about it.
An absolute nightmare to work for. I would never recommend this place to anyone for work, let alone hire them to do your cleaning.
