Absolutely love living at Cypress Pond! Onsite staff is AMAZING! Jason, the maintenance tech is so sweet and never has an attitude if we have an after hours issue. Not only does he fix the problem quickly, but he also talks to us to see how we are doing. Mike, Nicole and Felicia are also wonderful in the office! Cypress Pond has been my most favorite place to live. Way to go GrayCo!

By far the most arrogant person I have ever had the opportunity of meeting. When you interview someone it is better to listen to the potential employee than to argue with him or her.
Being a egotistical individual, that has a very limited to say the least of HVAC systems, should never argue knowledge with a individual that has actually worked with a HVAC specialized company rather than expressing their limited knowledge of a 1 to 2 ton apartment retrofit.
Needless to say, not only will I not be entertaining the possible position, neither would anyone with a stitch of common sense.
Egos, and chips on the shoulder, tend to leave you insecure.
Great place to learn the business! I have never worked in property management before. Love the fact that the company is growing and changing. Training is important and the company will see to it that basics like Fair Housing are followed. Environment can be stressful at times, but management does lend a helping hand to assist. The industry is new to me as I'm learning to love it!
