I have seen the fruits of their labor when I was working for a debt collection company, and now continue to be amazed at the results (sales) in a completely different industry (promotional products). I look forward to using their services for many many moons.

They are very nice to work with. I like having an account rep assigned to me. Once they have a vision of what you want and need they do a very nice job creating it. Sometimes they are a little slow to get things completed and I have had to follow up with them to correct items and to do what was originally asked. Their fees seem to be fair and you can tailor your program to fit the price and hours you want them to spend on your site.

I generally don't leave bad reviews, but I feel my experience with Gravitate Online necessitates such an action. Gravitate Online has handled my company's SEO for the past three years. I felt like in the beginning, I saw moderate results from their work, but as time went on, it seemed like they became derelict with my account. I don't know if they were unable to do more or simply became complacent. But whatever the reason, I began noticing obvious problems such as the fact that my website was missing a heading. I'm not an SEO expert by any means, but I know having a heading is basic SEO 101. I finally sent them an email letting them know that I wanted to terminate my service, as they had assured me it was a month-to-month contract. I had another week left before a new month's billing occurred. I wanted to terminate our service after the week of paid service was over. Gravitate Online said that since it was a month-to-month agreement, they would need to charge me for another month of service. This is a company I have paid well over $70,000 to. They seemed surprised that I did not want to pay another month. They have done virtually nothing with my website since, but I have paid them $2000.00. I felt like it was just a way to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me on top of all that I have already paid them. I do not feel that I received $70k worth of value from their SEO services.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review because I want to see every business thrive, but our time with Gravitate was less than impressive. We were launching a big company with a new product; deadlines weren't being met, emails were getting lost, information wasn't properly relayed, lies were being told, and they did not achieve anything they had promised. We needed marketing strategies, website design, and ad campaigns, and they failed on all three accounts. The website had broken links, typos, and an overall horrible design that was not at all user-friendly. The ad campaigns designed were dated; we had to end up supplying them with design work. We had to pull our website down because of the dozens of mistakes, and their marketing strategies did not make ONE sell. Lastly, in our meetings with the company, the owner refused to listen to basic needs/changes and was very defensive and rude. My team and I would NOT recommend working with this company.
