It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review because I want to see every business thrive, but our time with Gravitate was less than impressive. We were launching a big company with a new product; deadlines weren't being met, emails were getting lost, information wasn't properly relayed, lies were being told, and they did not achieve anything they had promised. We needed marketing strategies, website design, and ad campaigns, and they failed on all three accounts. The website had broken links, typos, and an overall horrible design that was not at all user-friendly. The ad campaigns designed were dated; we had to end up supplying them with design work. We had to pull our website down because of the dozens of mistakes, and their marketing strategies did not make ONE sell. Lastly, in our meetings with the company, the owner refused to listen to basic needs/changes and was very defensive and rude. My team and I would NOT recommend working with this company.
