We did not go with this company due to overpricing. I am only adding this review as a 1 star to notify people to get multiple estimates to keep from extremely over paying for something. Of the 5 estimates we received to have 880 sq/ft of travertine installed. 4 quotes were 21-24k. Grantlin's estimate was over 29k. Do your homework

I had a few landscapers come by to estimate my patio project. Of those who actually returned, Will Grantlin far exceeded the others when it came to being knowledgeable and providing a clear, written estimate. He also had the best price, which helped a lot, but more importantly you can tell right away that he knows his business. The office staff is also very responsive and made the process quite easy. As for the project itself, I couldn't be any happier! The crew did an amazing job, lots of hard work (I can't believe I considered doing it myself), they were courteous, very skillful and left everything as tidy as if the patio had been there all along. And it looks GREAT! Again, I couldn't be any happier with it - it's beautiful. I highly recommend Grantlin landscaping for your outdoor projects!
Last year I met Will at the Raleigh Home Show. We visited many different vendors and what I liked best about Will is that he took the time out to talk to my wife and I about our back yard. He was very knowledgeable and I left thinking that he really cared. Over the course of getting estimates Will (Grantlin Landscape) really stood out because I had an initial idea that was probably not the best and Will offered alternative suggestions. Other vendors simply just took me for my word and quoted me on my idea without providing suggestions. The suggestions Will made were actually really helpful and we ended up going with them because after we thought about it they made the most sense. From a cost perspective Grantlin Landscape came in equally among all the other vendor quotes we received. As for the work itself it far exceeded my expectations. Our yard is absolutely stunning now. It's incredible how much attention to detail Will and his crew put into their work. For anyone looking for a highly qualified landscaper I would strongly recommend Will and Grantlin Landscape Services.

It was a pleasure working with Grantlin Landscapes for the remodel of our backyard. We had a concrete pad removed and installed pavers along with a fireplace and seat wall. The landscaping that was added around the patio transformed the backyard space into a park like setting.
