On the same day I phoned on 3 separate occasions for a quote for a simple rectangular piece of sheet steel. First call in the morning, once around lunch and finally at 4pm. Each time I spoke to a different person and each time they said they would call me back shortly. On the third call I expressed how poor I thought it was that my calls weren't replied to and that I expected this to be a priority but once again no return call. If you want to use a company that is poorly managed, lacks common courtesy, has no respect for customers then use Grannell Steel.
I ordered the item and received it a few days later. Paid by credit card. I ordered 4 x 4 inch x 4 inch steel posts and they weatherproofed it as well with the red protective coating. I was impressed with their service. Tina
