I love it every time an add from Any insurance company tries to say they can beat rates, because when I tell them I have Grange Insurance and what I pay along with the coverage...... They no longer want to talk. Grange agents are friendly and efficient to work with.

They increased my premium one month before an accident was about to fall off my record so I had to pay the increase for the entire year. When I went to ask why they increased me right before my accident was about to fall off the rep had no explanation. I requested to cancel and they told me to find a new policy. I insisted and grange told me I had to call hub... Ridiculous prices, 9-5 office hours and horrible customer service are the reasons I'm switching insurance
Don't waste your time or money. They just want the benefit of collecting premiums without actual service. As soon as you're considered a "risk" they dump you.
Had them for years. As soon as my teenage son got a license they were hounding us. Few months later a deer ran into the side quarter panel of his car and they told us it wasn't worth claiming. That's fine but soon after we get a letter saying we're too risky. Isn't that your job, insuring against risks? Not even so much as a phone call after all of the money I invested. Even before this the communication was not good either.
Grange Insurance substantiates every insurance stereotype. All hat and no cattle here.
I must say I am quite impressed with the service I have received from Grange and Mario. I was in an accident and my insurance did not have rental car so I worked with the other parties... Grange. It has been easy, and they have accepted full liability. I will consider them when I come up for renewal. This is the kind of company I would want to do business with!
I had water damage in my home & had to move out for cleanup, dry out & restoration to begin. Ms Georgie Anderson was my assigned claim s adjuster. She was very supportive & thorough throughout this nightmare. I am grateful to her for all her assistance in making sure a resolution was achieved. I am very satisfied with the outcome I received. Thank you for your dedication.

When the pandemic hit I didn't work for a month and a week but I got no discount at all, all they would do is push my payment back a month. Granted they did it for 3 months but the amount was the same. No discounts of any kind, while other insurance companies are offering discounts to their customers. Plus my rates go up every month. I have never had an at fault accident.
My Ins. Co. for 35+ yrs !!! & had my first claim, Water damage to my home. Lynn Gettle, claims adjuster from hell. If her name comes up w/ur claim, stop immediately & get someone else. Horrible horrible communication skills !!!! I cancelled w/grange because of her. Zero stars from me !!!!
We've been waiting for three weeks for someone to come inspect my daughter's wrecked car, and apparently will be waiting at least another week. This has caused a massive hardship, as she cannot get to work due to where we live. I seriously doubt any of the 5-star reviews left (most without comment) are legitimate.
