K we can belly ache all day on the things we don't like . however they did right by us in the scheme of things and I love them for this . If you need things done right go to gossett .

Alvin Butler is the worst salesman I have ever worked with. I ve bought 3 cars and been through this process 3 times effortlessly!! Aside from not wanting to give me answers regarding pricing, he became extremely rude after seeing that I wouldn t accept the run around. I think the 1870 Covington Pike location is terrible in general but Mr. Butlers customer service is just the icing on the cake!!!! Would NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!! And Butler needs to be fired or actually TRAINED! Before he goes to another establishment with this horrid customer service.

Christopher and Carl are good peeps. Just make sure you mention any specials being advertised by Gossett Motors that you want to take advantage of, because they will not offer them to you.

Amazing Service from buying to the service shop. Truly grateful for the team at Gossett Volkswagen from Jason Marshall to Nick to Tim with Service. These guys are all first class and truly care about the customer. I would recommend anyone working with this team if looking for a new or used car.

Had an early Monday morning appointment for a recall letter I received for my SUV. Service department was finished in less than an hour. What a wonderful way to start my day and my week. Past experiences has always been long waits with other vehicles at dealerships. I really appreciated the courteous friendly service.

My mother and I have purchasing vehicles here for over 20yrs and the service has always been impeccable. The service department has always been great (a little pricey on some items and services) and convenient. I recommend this place for a new car to everyone I know. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle and look forward to bringing my son here when he is of age to purchase his first vehicle.

I had to take my vehicle in for some warranty repairs and Cliff made the repairs timely and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle along the way. As shown the rear glass had a crack in it causing the headliner to have water damage. Cliff quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. My truck is good as new and happy with the service at Gossett!
