Grane Transportation Review

Very quick unload . 1 hour and done . Was on my appt time. The place is located under the bridge , clearance is very high . From I-280 take the exit S Central Ave , then left on Roosevelt and next left on S Laramie ave. (Be careful , when you will make a left turn on Laramie... stay on your right road !!!!, coz you have to go under the bridge)... same way to get out .

This place sucks bad!!! You wait to get unloaded for hours. Nobody at the dock and still have to wait for a door.

Have to use service road to get to gate (under the bridge). People are nice and respectful.

Worst, most unprofessional brokerage Ive ever dealt with. Stay away from this company!!

Check-in under the bridge. On paperwork signed time in ,when you park on door, not when you can come on the company

Good experience here, took me 3 hours before my appt and was empty within an hour. Thats how it should be! Thanks guys

Hard to find and too tight
-Check in with guard to dropped loaded he will put the lock on trailer.
-Loaded drop on the left hand from the guard by the fence.
-bobtail to at the other end door A-2 for shipping/receiving
-pick up MT at the same spot of dropped loaded
-trailer check out by guard before exit
-portable restroom

I am working for Grane as Owner operator since 2014...my experience is best so far,Dispatches are for all compliments as well as management and owners..extremely correct people

Slow if you re live unload don t except to drop your trailer or they will keep 24hrs or more must have appointment the office employees are rude flow your car gps from central ave it s easier to get probably truck gps won t take that way and it s truck route.

On time for appointment and still have to wait forever. Imagine if you re late. Been here twice, twice waited for hours.This place sucks. 0 Stars to this dump

Payment due on 7/16, check lost in the mail (LOL). Stated company policy will not stop payment and re-issue until 8/20. Seems like an easy way to run out payments from 30 days to 60 days. Carriers be aware. Update: After waiting 30 days so they can stop payment and issue a new check, they want statements with a notary stamp before they will issue a new check. Total stall tactic for a lousy 400.00 invoice.

This is a Garbage company, recruiter guy is Garbage from Europe thinks he owns the company. no experience at all. Some dispatch are ok.

Guard was fairly nice, but the yard dog was...well...just that when I asked if he could move a trailer so I could get in tight hole for a door. Hope the directions help.

Rob Newman very unprofessional very bad example for a company hundreds of phone calls and over a year later still trying to get compensated for the damages that his employee did to my trailer.. do not go

Got a load from Matthew Ullrich, was told that load was supposed to be palletized and it wasn't! Took almost 9 hours to load and they did not pay detention, because customer shows our truck was late, we have GPS records and BOL with times that show different. There was an issue at delivery as well, they sent my driver from Chicago to Bensenville for $50 only and it took over 3 hours to get empty and detention was denied there too! Horrible! Would not recommend working with them ever!

Garbage company Please be Aware of them and Be Sure to do not work with them . They charge us for late fee when they were informed that weather conditions are bad and its to risky to drive. 200.00$ fee from 800.00$ loads

One of there drivers almost hit me when traveling down rt 59 called to report him 5 minutes later same driver got in my lane and almost hit me for the second time called again and someone was supposed to call me and talk to me they never did
